I rarely write reviews but this was so bad, I had too. How do they have 4 1/2 stars? Ordered Tempura Shrimp as an appetizer. ... This was the best part about this dinner. Ordered Cashew Chicken. I've had this many times before at other restaurants. Thiswas terrible. Very bland and chicken was slimy. Never again. It was just bad. Ordered Sesame Beef from the Dinner of theEmperors section of the menu. Yeah right. Not sure if there was really any beef in there. More like breaded beef jerky. When Iwas scooping it from the 'to go' container, it all stuck together like it had congealed together. Had to break it up. Shouldn'tbe like that for having just been prepared. When eating I had to get the sharp steak knives to cut it. Very tough, dry &fibrous. See in the photo how clumped together it is. Gross. I really wanted to like this restaurant since it's close to myhouse but never again. Bad food is one thing but this was terrible. I'm not even going to save the leftovers. Seriously, howdo they have any stars? There goes $47.06 right down the toilet. Sorry to be so negative, but is was that bad. They catered to and served a white family that was seated and ordered after us. They literally brought they entire family's... dinner out, meanwhile our two orders took so long we just left. Only got the appetizers, just dropped a 20 cus I couldnt tell ifshe has a beer belly or is carrying. Never coming back. Read more
We came to this restaurant because it had been a family tradition for my in-laws for years. As we gathered for one of my... childrens birthday, one of the children went to the restroom and swore to see a rat. We laughed it off. Another adult guest inour party went to the restroom and saw a peek into the kitchen and thought there's no way that would pass health inspection. Wespoke about this as we left the building but again shrugged it off trusting the in-laws recommenation. The food tasted good sowe didn't think much into it. Later that night the entire family was sick with food poisoning. I have never written a review inmy life, but our experience here was that horrific that I felt it was important to share. And we will probably be notifying thestate board of health inspection. Read more
The pork fried rice was exceptional so was the bo bo platter. Hot mustard was perfect the size of our order was just right for... two. Went there twice before to try and eat a meal but they were not open, finally was able to get in and it was well worth thewait. Read more
Based on the reviews we decided to give it a try. The service was good, they server was very nice. We got the egg soup and it... was very tasty so I thought okay the food is going to be great. But the food was not good at all. We ordered cashew chicken andit was bland, no salt, no flavor at all. I thought for sure they had made a mistake and I asked the server if the plate wassupposed to be like that with no sauce or anything just white. I told her it had no flavor and she offered a sauce to mix in it.Also they charge 1.50 more for fried rice and that’s very common and it’s okay but the rice was not fried, it was white ricewith soy sauce. So dry. No veggies or egg at all. So I’m not sure what happened. We are definitely not giving it another trywe were very dissatisfied. Read more
