We couldn?t resist coming here today. Here from out of town and they don?t have any where we live. We went between 9 and 10 ish.... Went at 8PM, and there were absolutely no donuts left. Asked for a simple dozen glazed and the man said, we don?t have any. I?m... like okay, give me some donut holes, we don?t have that either. He then just gave me mini donuts that were COLD AND HARD, $8. Atthat point should?ve gave me it for free since there was nothing to give at that point. Read more
FOLLOW-UP REVIEW - On Monday, 9/26/22 I left a 1 star review because they were closed at around 3PM due to staff shortage.... Today, 9/29/22 They were open and I got my B-Day dozen. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and courteous. GreatStaff. I guess a lot of places are having 'staff shortages' now. Doughnuts are always fresh, fluffy and delicious. Read more
The donuts are good, but staff is hit or miss. Some days they are polite and friendly, other days they are downright rude to... customers. I don't stop here often for that reason, and if I do go it's knowing full well I may get a grumpy staffer. Read more
Manager Randy was completely rude told me to leave my bike outside in a tweeker infested neighborhood so it can get stolen when... I spent my hard earned money on it. Next he was totally rude when I asked for a fresh and hot glazed donut he said with achuckle as if he got a kick out of it ?we don?t do that here you?ll have to go to our other store if you want the donuts madefresh? I?m sorry but I did not just spend 7 bucks and some change on some donuts that were made earlier in the morning somewhereelse then trucked in to this location. Then when I tried to buy one the premium milks in the display he rudely took it out of myhand and said we can?t sell these they are not in the computer yet. Save your hard earned money and spend it at the locationthat actually makes the donuts on sight not some wanna be rip off store with a mean unfriendly manager like Randy. Read more
This Wednesday Oct 13 while in mesa for daughter's graduation we went through drive thru at 245 ish PM ordered 2 dozen glazed... donuts a single chocolate glazed and a cream filled after pay ing $29 received order but the single cream filled was wrong oneasked to order correct one. The girl at window went to ask some guy something and she returned with what I assumed was correctdonut pulled out and began on our way to yuma. Once my husband pulled donut out of bag he knew something wasn't right. They gaveus a hollowed out donut that was about the size of half a normal one. Jerks. . Read more
