We love driving on Sundays to get donuts. Friendly service and delicious treats. Only down is that it is not always clean... especially the windows and floors. Makes it look less desirable, if they cleaned more specially the glass to look at theirproduction line and the common areas this would be a 5 star rating. Read more
Purchased this specialty dozen and today had deal for $1 dozen (chocolate covered regular ones)!! Friendly service. Short line... at drive thru which is awesome (didn't want to hassle with taking baby out of the car). Read more
Donuts were ice cold?. Asked if they could warm them somehow & they said they don?t have a microwave, but I could have a free... glazed donut. No thank you? I just want my donuts warm as they should be. Read more
Nope. No respect for customer's time. Went in for the Wednesday dozen glazed for the price of a gallon of gas deal. It's a scam.... They said they were honoring the deal, but they had no glazed donuts. I was advised that it would be an hour. Cool, went to aclose by restaurant and had a meal. Came back about 45 minutes later and was told that it would be another hour before they hadglazed donuts! They had stacks and stacks of every other type of donut but not glazed. And no movement on the conveyor. I askeda gentleman who was waiting for the glazed how long he'd been waiting, he said about 45 minutes. I get food costs and managinglosses but they were making NO money. Everyone was standing around waiting, including the employees. And we all know it does nottake that long to make donuts! It's literally frying dough and giving them a melted sugar bath! It's a scam and they'd be betteroff opting out of the promotion, rather than providing this negative experience. Oh yeah, they refuse to answer the phone tooso you can't even enquire as to availability, despite the fact that nobody is doing anything. They'd probably make money sellingpromo donuts rather than selling nothing. I left because even if Krispy Kreme doesn't think so, my time is valuable. I'll nevergo back. Read more

Pretty disappointed. I haven?t been to Krispy Kreme since I was a kid, and after this morning, I probably wont?t go back. I... think the photos speak for themselves. The only coffee in my ?iced coffee? were the coffee grounds. It was all water, and cream.They gave me 3 specialty donuts instead of 4. See photos. Read more
Actually dined in at this location. Inside of the place was pretty clean and the donuts were awesome as usual. Glazed are... classic and delicious, the chocolate sprinkle was super good of course as well. Also tried a lemonade chiller and it wasawesome. They're definitely tart and super sweet but I love that. Will return back here for sure! Read more
