I see all the bad reviews and have to agree. this is the 2nd time I tried this location and the 2nd time they gave me small... overcooked pieces of chicken. I ordered the 8 piece...they didn't have any breasts ready so they substituted thighs. well theygave me 2 smalls thighs....that's not a substitute for breasts. legs were small and overcooked too. what a rip off for $28.00 Read more
Check and open your boxes in the order, careless employees just gave me fries in the chicken sandwich box instead of the spicy... chicken sandwich. Will never go to this location again. Stealing people money should hire competent employees. Extremelydisappointed. Read more
I usually hate giving bad reviews but I feel my money was wasted and I was so disappointed I can't stay silent. I had tried... ordering a pot pie from the closest kfc near me they didn't have any so I went to this location . I'm about 8 month pregnant andI'm hungry I spend over 8 dollars on the pot pie meal. I couldn't wait I had been seeing it all over social media and it was allI wanted I love pot pies. I took the fork and poked the top and it hit nothing the amount of filling in this pot pie didn't evengive me 2 spoon fulls of filling I can't believe I wasted my money on this. I don't know if they are made this way from thefacility or if a worker was having a bad day and just wanted to ruin someone's day but this was the worst waste of money i haveever spent. Daniel was very friendly however this place has some serious issues. I only ordered a large coleslaw at the drive through but... was asked to park and wait for them to bring it out to me. After waiting 10 minutes I went inside and found no employees at thefront counter, only half of the menu illuminated and another person waiting to place their order. We waited over 5 minutes untilDaniel appeared at the front counter and began taking an order. After another 5 minutes I asked where my coleslaw was. Danielwent and scouped the coleslaw into a container and apologized, but having to wait 20 minutes for 1 container of coleslaw isridiculous! Read more
I got the famous bowl and it was pretty good but the chicken seemed a little old.
First of all they seem to be trying and are stressed workers, maybe there needs to be better management. With that being said,... service is slow, then our order was bumped, and we had to wait even longer. A 12 price meal should never cost as much as itdoes. This is the last time we go to a KFC. We ended up not getting the food because they forgot about us out in the parking lotand gave our bucket to someone else. Still waiting for the refund to hit our account 2 days later. Corporate is getting a call.We went to Canes instead, a better run company. Read more
I have tried all the fried chicken sandwiches from all the fast food joints and I have to say what a disappointment from KFC.... Hardly any meat and the breast was a joke. I hate to say it but even MCDonalds has higher standards for their chickensandwiches. Maybe it was just poor employees.
