A $50 mushy mess of whatever the heck this was... First off the staff were fine - no complaints. The food on the other... hand....terrible. Seems to me KFC just keeps getting worse. Everything was soggy (especially the "crispy" chicken), the skin was1/2 off in piles everything and had about 10x more salt than necessary and the whole meal was luke warm. We live 3miles away, sothis is unacceptable. Disgusting - not sure how KFC survives anymore when Popeye's seems to get it right every time. What a ripoff. Read more
Can I give this place a negative 5 star rating? Did the drive-thru, they had us pull around to the front door...15+ minutes... later my wife went in to wait at the counter till somebody came. Our order (partly right) was just sitting there getting cold,we definitely will not be coming back to this place. Odd looking slaw but what do I know. Read more
This place got some rough reviews but this is my go to KFC and when it?s slammed like it is every day at supper time it?s going... to be hard to keep up with the dining area and yeah you might have to wait in the parking lot for your mega bucket of chickenbits but that?s because they?re committed to not killing your with raw chicken. When I walked into the KFC there was a bucket on the table catching water and a big stand up fan (blocking the drinking station)... presumably drying the area (no wet floor signs), the overall cleanliness of this restaurant was very bad. The individual takingmy order did get the order correct, the execution was another story. No gloves were observed, food was cold, threw away thesandwich and fries. If you want a chicken sandwich or any other chicken get it elsewhere in the region. Read more
We ordered 3 large family size mash potatoes and 1 Mac n cheese. $27 on sides and you can't serve the right amount? SMH Our... order was read back to us and still we had to go back in to get rest of the order. Was good tho. ???????? there's your ???? Read more
I ordered the strips meal. I was very disappointed. The mashed potatoes were cold as in ice cold! The chicken was definitely... fried in dirty old oil! They added a handful of burnt French fries which I didn't order and were inedible. The biscuit was rocksolid!!! The coleslaw was good though. Please clean your fryers! Paying 13.00 and all that was eaten was the coleslaw is sad. Read more
I am not sure why it's this KFC but it's grossly incompetent, I paid for some chicken and asked for some macaroni and... cheese,well it was ice cold and some how burnt which is amazing in its own self because only gross incompetence can create a icecold dish that is also somehow overcooked, oh by the way if you show up a hour before closing they tend to have no chickencooked up, and if you order sauce make sure to check before you leave because they always, always forget to give sauce, once Ican understand,but at this point I'm actually expecting them to not put it in the bag, which I'm always right, I not only blamethe Employees but also the management as well, only a bad manager would have Bad employees,if I were you reading this I'd moveon to another, better KFC than this one. Summary: KFC doesn?t respect customer?s time. I waited 20 minutes & spent $10 for a drink. I unfortunately decided to go... through the KFC drive thru today. They told me that they were waiting on popcorn chicken and to pull up to the front. Totallyunderstandable if something is broken or you have to wait a little bit longer but a warning that it would take over 20 minuteswould have been nice. They also didn?t give me receipt for some reason & I then watched the small parking lot (what like 6spots) fill up over with more cars in the drive thru bc they still didn?t have it and were ushering everyone to the front. Icame in and they told me they didn?t forget about me, which was nice of them but wasn?t the issue. I asked for a refund becauseI had to leave and couldn?t wait any longer for the food. I?m not sure what they said since they told me as they were walkingaway to the drive thru window. I did not get the impression anyone was going to help me by the time I needed so I left with justmy drink. Do better: give your customers receipts, be honest with wait times, and maybe get a bigger parking lot if you are inthe habit of ushering cars to the parking lot bc they need to wait longer. Read more
