KFC parked 8 cars with drive through orders and are not informing customers about the long wait times. Took 20 min to get drive... through order. Recommend telling customers about long wait times instead of parking tons of cars after you take our money. Putshort staffing which is code for we won't raise wages. Read more
I only have a 30min lunch break. My order took 11 min, I waited while other customers where served. My order was wrong,so I... waited again. I almost got my refund, but I passed a 1st kfc to get this one.#11 Nashville hot wasn't like the picture,the friestaste like chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy was good as well as the biscuit. Doors were locked at 8 when we were told our in store pickup order was ready, the store doesn't close till 10. We the went... through drive through, they said the order was being made and that the lady there saw it being made. We were asked to wait forthe food but about 5 minutes later a worker came out saying. "We don"t have the food to make your order." He would not even letus ask questions and told us they would give us a refund, no refund was given and the worker was rude. Read more
I went through the drive through today and found the person taking orders was very short didn't want to assist in anyway what so... ever. So after I order I pull up to the window and am greeted by a young man who just did not want to be at his job. I rolled mywindow up after he had taken payment . Then he pounded on my window when the food was ready . So I asked the kid why he beat onmy window so hard then he slammed the main drive through window on my face. So I walk in to speak to the manager and the kid(smaller kid) and he basically was just talking s:%^ the whole time I'm in there. He's going to be in a world of hurt once herealizes his attitude got him nowhere in life. I too once was a "D bag" kid so I get it. Today was my first time eating at KFC in 35 years. The two breasts and drumstick I ordered had almost no meat on them. Did they... put the chickens on a diet before they kill them? It was mostly bones and breading. Also, I get the original recipe and therewas an aftertaste after every bite. The mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuit tasted pretty good, just like they did 35years ago. I will not be back. Read more
If you are in the mood to feel personally attacked, this is the right place to be!! Ask for a famous bowl with expectation of... how their bowls used to be,then before opening it up wipe that look of excitement off your face, and prepare for an emotionalsabotage. Once you look down and realize they gave you all the crumbs and the back of the fryer leftovers, you will realize thatcoming back again and again will not give them the hint to add more consumable chicken. What really happens is they start tohate you, enough they lash your change right in your face, instead of a spoon they give you a knife and to wipe the tears offyour face you?ll have to use the bag because they didn?t remotely use their hearts to give you napkins. It took forever to get through the drive-thru, we ordered two Classic Bowls and when we got home, the bowls were filled with... Mac-N-Cheese with a few chicken nuggets sprinkled on top. Totally ruined our meal but we were hungry so we dealt with it. Seemsto me, when you order biscuits, which we did, the customary question from the individual taking the order should be: Would youlike butter and honey?...Nope!
