I come here with my aunt and uncle when I'm in town. The service is always great. Staff are friendly and treat you like... family. (The good side of the family ????). The food is always delicious. I absolutely love their reuben and the Frenchdip. They have a great beer selection. And a full bar menu. Wheelchair accessible tables. And usually enough parking spaces. (However I've only been for lunch midweek). I hear this place gets busy on weekends and evenings. (Because it's a greatrestaurant/bar). Read more
First time eating here. Enjoyed the atmosphere and our server, Reyna was very nice. I had the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad and... everyone else had, French Dip, Pastrami Reubens and one even liked the chips and Queso. We'll definitely be back. Read more
Wow. I?d been here before, years ago and had a good time. This was a total miss. We went for the Cardinal?s game and it was... bad. Upon arrival we were told they were out of bone in wings. Kind of odd being that it was afternoon on game day. And we werean hour early. The waitress was surly and just uncaring, it was obvious. We went ahead and ordered. We got nachos and mozzarellasticks to start. The nachos had chips that were completely burnt and the cheese was cold. Inedible. What was worse is theyserved them knowing that. The cheese sticks were gross. Also cold and with a marinara that was like straight tomatoes. I?venever sent food back and I had to. The waitress was not nice. She did admit they were actually out of chips and had to make dowith these and they were concerned with how they turned out. All I could think is if you knew they were bad, don?t servethem. Then she explained the cheese sticks were in a beer batter that tastes like beer that some don?t like. When I asked if Icould order something else her reply wasn?t something kind like, ?sure, so sorry that happened.? It was, ?well, what do youwant?? In a tone that suggested if my answer wasn?t correct then no, I couldn?t. I was kind of shocked. We honestly would haveleft if my son hadn?t placed an order as well. I?d seen her be short with another table as well and another table have issuewith food. This was just not good service at all. In between that we?d asked where the game would be shown (on screen) andthey weren?t sure. We?d asked to know where to sit. Then we?d asked if closed captioning could be put on and again, no. It waslike they couldn?t be bothered. They did turn the volume up, which was appreciated, but in a loud restaurant, didn?t help. AllI could think was thank goodness it was preseason and just the two of us and not the whole family. Normally is a good place to eat but it?s gone down hill in the last year! The chicken wings are definitely different! They were... dry and sauce was different! The salad looked like it had been prepared a day or two prior to ordering it! The edges of thelettuce were brown throughout the salad. Ordered 2 beers and didn?t finish them because they were warm! Labor day eve, about 16 or 18 customers so not busy at all. My long island iced tea was so sour I couldn't drink it. Cod (2... piece) was absolutely delicious with very good tarter and incredible cole slaw. Burger, we asked for the bun heavily hosted,close to burned. It came un toasted so we sent it back. It came back basically no different but now the fries were less thanroom temperature. Waitress was inattentive. The place is around the corner from us, it's a shame I have no desire to go back. Watching the Kansas City Chiefs games here always is a good time. I meet me a new family almost every other week. This special... day I met a new family and had a blast with them. Our service was great. Our food was great. The drinks are always amazing andof course we get to share our love for football. The customer service is top notch in this place.
