Yesterday my husband and I went to this JJ location. We were the only customers in the entire restaurant. First, I have to say... that they need to work on their customer service skills because they make you feel awkward as you're ordering as if you'rewasting their time. A simple welcoming gesture can go a long way. Next, the sandwiches are overpriced. I didn't expect to payover $30.00 for 2 meals. At least they were fast to make them. Let me tell you, we expected quality ingredients and wereunderwhelemd with the flavor. We might as well have gone to Subway for better customer service with more affordable anddelicious sandwiches. Since it was a nice day, we opted to eat outside in the patio area. When I wanted to go back inside tograb some napkins, they locked 2 of the 3 doors closest to the patio from the outside and I had to walk all the way around tothe front entrance opposite of the JJ patio just to get inside. I told them this and they just scoffed and offered noexplanation to this nor did they unlock the doors for whatever reason. The 2nd time I needed to get back inside to use therestroom, the lady just shouted the door access code at me. I looked at her confused and she just guessed I needed to use it. I shrugged it off and thanked her. I proceeded to use the restroom. It is a single person restroom and it was very clean. AsI was using the restroom, someone came and knocked on the door. I figured it might have been another customer trying to use thebathroom. I let them know it was occupied and proceeded to do my business. That sandwich definitely just went through me. Idon't know what the heck was in that #9 meal, but my stomach did not agree with it. After I was finished, I went outside to myhusband and asked if he saw any customers come in because I didn't see anyone else. He said no. That's when I realized theemployees seemed to be timing my restroom use because I've never experienced this at ANY restaurant I've been to. Read more

Maybe they?re hiring because they definitely need some help if they?re taking 30+ minutes to deliver less than 10 minutes from... their location and the only thing they can tell you is ?It?s on the road so he must have taken a few orders on the way and willbe there. Sorry about that.? It should be free by now. Definitely not ?freaky fast?. New review 11/13/22?. Idk if you guys justdon?t want to deliver to me or what but there?s always an issue. Either super slow or my order is messed up missing things likea whole bag of chips. Thanks!! I guess I?m done with this JJ?s location. Read more

Bad service. I had to use the restroom, and I needed to purchase something with a minimum of $10, if this is how they treat a... potential patron, I will not be returning. A few restaurants do want you to purchase something, which is understandable, but aminimum of $10 is ridiculous. They called the police and had me trespassed from their restaurant Read more

I had never been to a Jimmy John's, so I figured it was time to check it out. Extremely disappointed. The girl at the register... says, what do ya want? I said well, I think something with roast beef. She says ok, a #2; I'm like, what's a #2? Hang on a secso I can see what's on it. She's like roast beef! OK, can I get some swiss cheese on it, and can I make it hot? Hot peppers? Isaid no can I get it heated? No, we don't do that. I said well, ok, and a drink. She slams the cup down and pushes the machineat me to pay. NEXT she says. So I got my drink, and I waited and waited. Finally, she slams what I guess is my order; I take itand go. In my car, I open this thin, flat, cold sandwich with no swiss. I don't even know how much I paid for this - nothing buta cold, dry hunk. Never again will I feel the need to try that place. Now I need to go buy lunch. Read more

Ordered online it took over an hour to get my sandwich I'm about a mile from the store. Then the sandwich was wrong missing... three items no napkin not cut in half all the things they make you fill out online. It got here so late store was closed. Callednext day talked to niko who could not care in the least. He said he talked to the person who made the sandwich and it was rightomg no it was not it was nasty not even cold by time it got here and missing tomatoes hot peppers lettuce and onion but all nikocould say was it was right. No I'm sorry nothing. I asked for manager oh of course no manager there he hung up on me I calledback he then said that I would have had to call last night it got here 45 minutes after they were closed. Then he said youshould have called first thing in morning well I was at medical appt from 6am till afternoon I called soon as I got home. Stillno apology he was so rude said he was third in command from manager like he thought he was a big CEO or something. I'm usually ajimmy John fan and order often but I will never order from that place again due to his rudeness. Found out they are a franchiseguess that makes a difference somehow but bad enough the sandwich was late wrong and nasty then to deal with some has nocustomer service skill but tons of bad attitude. My advice go to a different location or different company there are plenty outthere that offer the same stuff and more. Read more

I've been ordering from this JJ's for a while and it's usually been pretty spot on. I order the same thing every time: a country... club with extra tomato, and a bootlegger club with extra turkey and light lettuce / extra mayo. I've always thought the extraturkey was a bit of a rip off as it never seems to be worth an extra 4 bucks or whatever it is, but I order it anyways. Today, they sent me two sandwiches, one was correct - the country club. The other one had provolone on it somehow, and had what lookedlike 4 slices of meat on the whole sandwich. Almost insultingly, they mislabeled the sandwiches, so I got to have fun trying tofigure that one out before I even realized they botched the bootlegger. So I call the store to complain, and a veryunderstanding and patient manager tells me that there's a new employee that is making some mistakes and she will fix the orderand send it out in an hour when the driver is available. An hour passes, and this ends up on my doorstep. Two shreds of lettuce(they take "light" VERY seriously apparently), and two sad tomatoes in a sea of mayonnaise. I expected, perhaps foolishly, thatafter explaining to a customer that there are some problems going on and it would be fixed, the manager might have checked thework of the team members to be absolutely sure the sandwich was correct before sending it out again. I apparently expect toomuch. I want so much to be done with this store. Tell me manager or owner, is this how you operate your business? Read more

This particular restaurant is consistently among the highest in cleanliness and staffs happy personalities. I almost always... order the Turkey Tom. The number one reason for my returning to JJ"s is the sandwich bread. I don't know where it comes from butI wish I could get it in a store. A big Thanks to the hard working people there! Read more
