Update 11-14-22 I came in today to have lunch, when I opened my sandwich I realized they put it on white bread, No big deal I... went back up and explained to them it should be on wheat. They took the sandwich out it on the counter top and grabbed the meatand cheese and transferred it to the wheat bread. What really disturbs me about this, is the fact that the one guy working herehas gloves on which is great. But he is touching everything here from register, dirty dishes, trash cans, and my food. This willbe my last visit to Jimmy John?s on mckellips rd. The last couple of times I?ve been to this location I have ordered doublemeat and paid for double meat. The sandwich seams like a normal sandwich without double meat. I love the bread 9-10 it?s softand usually this store is very clean. But if I pay an extra $2.39 for extra tuna, please put it on there. Staff is always great and friendly, food is made good. The management may need some oversight to realize they need to hire more... delivery drivers because after multiple orders over the last few months they are constantly understaffed taking an hour todeliver an hour old sandwich 1.5 miles away several times. Overall in person great location just don't expect any "freaky fast"out of store service. Kin Read more
Been pretty decent here before? but when your order is wrong, and you get ignored for 2-3min at the pick up area trying to get... them to fix it, that warrants a 1 star. Do better. Read more
I legit ordered my food paid, guy working kept talking to the girl from the Jamba Juice next door. I ordered 3 sandwiches 2... drinks and 2 chips very clearly. He hands me one drink and I say ?I ordered 2 drinks? he then goes oh my bad I missed that. ThenI get my order which is 2 sandwiches not 3 and I then had to pay again because he wasn?t listening. Didn?t even offer to justfix it up because he clearly wasn?t listening. Worst service ever. Read more
21 almost 22 dollars for 1 sandwich, without a drink or sides, that I walked in and ordered myself! And I took items off, not... added. Are you serious? Freakishly fast! We had to catch a movie and had very limited time to make the showtime and grab a sandwich to *cough cough*... sneak in. They were quick as always and we made our showtime. Oh yeah it was delicious as heck! Read more
