0 starts is not an option, unfortunately. I absolutely detest mayo and will not eat it so when I order ham, bacon, cheese and... pickle ONLY that's what I expect, not a mayo soaked, over priced mediocre sandwiche. I can't believe their delivery driver came to our place of business and yelled in front of everyone about how expensive gas is... and I better leave her a tip. I don't know her name but we all remember her face. That's an embarrassment for a companyespecially when a place of business frequently orders and always leaves gratuity. I hope this ladies tip was worth not everordering again. Read more
Ordered delivery of a veggie which is supposed to have avocado. The sandwich didn?t. When I called, they wanted the already... bitten sandwich back (which is 100% gross and unsanitary in COVID times) and basically accused me of lying. So they were goingto come to my house, pick up the chomped into sandwich, go back once they confirmed I?m not a sandwich thief, make a new one andthen redeliver but only to me - but only in person...again unreasonable in COVID times. I just had surgery and can?t alwaysmake it to the door. All this over a $6.50 sandwich. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from them again. Read more
Another great Jimmy John's experience. Was greeted as I walked in. My to-go sammy was built in about 30 seconds. 8" turkey,... bread in, cucumber, lettuce and tomato. They are handing out samples of their new dressing - Kickin' Ranch. Very spicy andflavorful if you're in the mood for something different on your sub. Read more
Absolutely rude employees and manager. Hung up on me twice, was being extremely passive aggressive. All I did was call to check... in on my order that had sat for 40 minutes without leaving the store. Will absolutely never return to this store and I highlyadvise all consumers in not giving your money to an establishment that has 0 respect for the customer. Trash teenager employees. Read more
