I did a order on the app they took my money. I waited like a hour and a half.so I decided to call them. No answer after trying 5... times.I put my order in at 3 pm on a Saturday.smh I called Sunday and they where like I can make it and send it out now. I waspretty upset so I said just refund my money I?ll never order from that location again!!!! Read more

Store was clean. Not impressed with the lettuce wraps. Family liked their sandwiches. Seemed to be way too many people working,... witch explained the 45 dollars for 3 people eating. Read more

Inconsistent. Sometimes delivery from this location is fast, less than 15min & other times it's incredibly slow. Today it's been... over 50 minutes. Like unnecessarily slow for a sub sandwich shop. It's not the lunch rush, it's 1:50pm what's wrong? Read more

Rude manager, and the worst customer service attitude ever. I don?t care if your short staffed ? not the customer?s fault. ... Took 1 hour for delivery to and address 3 miles from the store. Highly recommend not ordering delivery from this location. If David (GM) would like to contact me for advice on how to run this shop, I?m available. Read more

Dad day today. I've been coming here for 3 years. 5 star service every time. Today was sad because the guy who made my sub made... it worth little to no ingredients. It looked like a piece of bread when I opened it. Little to no lettuce. And way too muchmustard to compensate. Read more

I order from JJ pretty often but this location has THE worst service. I used to like ordering from here cause it was a good... lunch for my break but it?s not worth it. Not only is it SLOW (at LEAST an hour... so much for freaky fast) but the employeesare just beyond rude. I ordered a simple sandwich for delivery from a location not even 10 mins away and after over an hour ofwaiting I was so hungry and happy to see my delivery driver finally pull up. I?m at work so I had my customer service voicestill on and greeted her with a ?hi!! thank you so much!? and all she said to me in the ugliest tone was ?did you really mean toonly tip $2?? I was shocked.. I just told her I was trying to even out my already overpriced $13 sandwich to $15.. and she juststared at me.. I told her I had some cash in my purse if she wanted me to get it. She literally scoffed and walked out shakingher head. I couldn?t believe how rude she was. I regretted even tipping her at all. I myself work at minimum wage so I?mspeaking from experience and ALL she had to say was that I didn?t tip enough? Awful service. I ordered again today for the LASTtime as it was a mistake. This time it was an older gentleman and again I greeted HIM with a ?hello! thank you!? and he justsaid ?here? handed me the receipt and so I signed then he told me I HAD to put a tip and stood over me the whole time with hishand on the receipt as I filled it out? I was so uncomfortable I just put $3 for tip only then did he give me a ?thanks? and Iwas just so annoyed I got pressured into tipping this awful service again. NEVER. again. Hmm... missing something. Edit: after having back to back orders being messed up I stopped ordering from here.. Lol Then my... hunger got the best of me and ordered today. And I regret it AGAIN. No mayo... i double checked my email to verify it wasn't mymistake and it sure wasn't. If your business model is freaky fast it better be freaky correct or its just wasting peoplesmoney. Over it.
