Normally a good location but twice now I've gone there and there's been a handwritten note on the door that they've closed... early. I was there at 1:45 today and the note said "we are not making sandwiches anymore today because we are short staffed". Inside there were two employees. I get being short staffed, I've worked in sandwich shops for years in the past, but completelyclosing because of it? Why not leave the note to let customers know they can expect longer wait times instead of "screw this,we don't want to be busy so we're closing". I don't know how many employees it takes to run a Jimmy John's but subway does itwith 1 employee at a lot of locations. Not even sure if the manager knows so figured this review may inform him/her. Arrived at 4:22 PM Sunday afternoon July 10. Website and sign on door says they close at 8 PM. At 4:22 PM two workers in there... cleaning up hand written sign on door says sorry we?re closed open tomorrow at 10 AM. Horrible horrible customer service! Read more

Love these locations, it's never busy and the staff is always very helpful. Food never disappoints.
Past three or four times I?ve ordered delivery through the app it?s states out for delivery and the order doesn?t arrive till at... least an hour later. The store is not even 10 minutes from my house. When I call to get an update, all they say is they?ll bethere shortly, no apology or anything. Read more
Great service, and delicious food but I went with my granddaughter and had 2 sandwich meals my bill was 36 bucks with tax,... that's just ridiculous. 2 subs with chips and drink should not under any circumstances be that much businesses are pricingthemselves out of business, I'll never eat there again. I live 1 mile away, I selected delivery hoping for a quick meal as I'm on a time crunch. It's been over an hour and nothing. ... I could have had firehouse subs here 3 times and they are twice as far. I called up and just got a shoulder shrug over thephone saying they were busy.
