This particular Jersey Mike's is an extra 2 miles out of my way, but I came here because they answered their phone & the one... nearer me didn't. The kid I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, & didn't try to rush our interaction just because we weren'tspeaking face to face. I will reward that behavior by giving them my business instead of the location (Baseline & Val Vista)nearer me. I deducted a star for them being out of pepperoni. I do understand that is the purview of the manager & don't want itto seem I'm dinging the kids who were putting out sandwiches. They were busy but remained friendly, personable, & answered allquestions without rushing. I'm sure the manager probably didn't foresee their truck workers striking. But the 1 star dingremains. I would still recommend this particular site. Read more

This place sucks!! I have a 3 dollar off a regular sub and they will not let me use it here. It?s literally for Jersey Mikes.... Doesn?t even state select locations. Never coming here again. Read more

Super nice location, parking can be tight due to Barro's in the same strip mall, but the staff is super friendly and the food is... great (if not a little pricey). Read more

I love Jersey Mike's subs. I go here occasionally and the food is the best sub sandwich of all the chains. As a national chain,... Mike's has kept the work of sandwich making as a personal, skilful art. The experience is always good, especially if you ear thesandwich in shop, enjoying the fresh meal as soon as it is made. The menu is an extensive list of different sandwiches cateringto both hot and cold sub lovers. The classic club #8 and #9 hit the spot for the multilayered tradition sub, while the chickenbacon ranch melt hits a home run with the hot sub lovers. The other thing I love about Mike's is the size options, where you canget a mini, regular or absolutely monstrously giant sub sandwich. But the coup de grâce is the customization called "Mike'sway", which means you are getting it made the tastiest way possible. If you haven't tried it Mike's way, you should definitelyget it next time you visit. Also, the giant sub is so large, it can easily be shared by two people. The staff is ofteninviting and helpful, and will customize your sandwich as needed. Today's visit was good, although sometimes I get a bit ofpushback when I ask for my sandwich meats heated, which they often do. But sometimes employees seem to get upset when I ask forthem to grill the meats on my otherwise cold sub. That said, other than that I always end up with a great sandwich at a decentprice. If you like subs, you should check out Mike's. Read more

Update - last year I left a review concerning cleanliness and customer service. Complete turn around, which deserves an updated... 5 star review. I watched as the food stations and tables were being wiped down and sanitized. Management was engaged and tookpride in the sandwiches being made. Food was delicious as always. Only sandwich shop on town that makes authentic East Coasthoagies. Glad we came back. Thanks for listening to the feedback and doing something about it. ------------------ Previousreview - Food is always tasty however, the service and cleanliness needs some attention. The slicer looked filled with meatscraps from late morning and the bread/condiment station looked the same. Both the Italian and portobello sandwiches weredelicious. Unfortunately, we were never asked what condiments we wanted on the portobello sandwich, and they did not cut thesandwich in half. Jersey Mike's has always been a go to sandwich shop for me, but they aren't the only game in town. On the upside, I've never been disappointed with the tasting quality of their food. Read more
