One mm more option for vegetarians, their veggie sub was very fulfilling and delicious.
Spent 20 minutes waiting for our sub. Lady made 4 to go orders before ours. Then made someones sub that came 2 orders after us.... Then guy comes over with cheese steak sub wrapped up and didnt even ask for what I wanted for toppings. Opens sub and it'swrong. After 20 minutes and not getting our food we just left. My elderly mother stopped in today to get a sub for lunch. Two employees were visible. When my mother went to the counter to... order, she was told by the woman working that they were too busy with online orders and refused to even take my mother's order.Then told her she would need to wait 20-25 minutes to even take her single sandwich order. The 20% of the time your order is correct it tastes pretty good. Good luck with the other 80%. Also the ladies here like to cuss... in front of their customers, which I don't care about, but it tells you everything you need to know about them. Based on otherreviews, it seems like this location likes to hire especially unsuitable individuals, and these particular problem employeeshave been there for a few months at least. If they can't figure out how to remove and replace their inadequate staff, I'llfigure out how to stop giving them my money :) Read more
Food is awesome but your staff is an absolute joke. They got the order in front of mine wrong, made the sandwich incorrectly for... that guest and manhandled it to fix it, all infront of the customers without any apologies. They made the wrong size sub for meand when they corrected it made two smaller subs instead of the one large I had previously requested. No apologies provided. Ihad to stand around waiting to check out while two of the teenage employees messed around playing and shoving each other insteadof ringing me up. The Chicken Philly is to die for! Just don't go in there and hour before closing and expect to get that or a regular Philly for... that matter. They close the grill early and the employees make no apologies for this fact. I had to go back the next day forlunch because I needed to eat that samich. Lol Read more
