Our first time coming here and won?t be coming back, at least not to this specific store- power and mckellips. The employees... were extremely rude and not welcoming. There were flies landing on all the sandwiches that were being made. My sandwich wassoggy from all the vinegar and oil put on it- it went from grabbing it from the employee to sitting down at the table- within 30seconds and the bread was already trashed. My boyfriend ordered the chicken bacon ranch and there was no ranch on it. He had togo back up and ask for a side of ranch to dip his sandwich into. He could of had them re make it but why would we even botherwith how rude the employees were when the first were making our food. But before we even got to eating, they sent his sandwichout to a car waiting for a pick up order. He went up and asked about his sandwich because I had already gotten mine and theemployee ran out to the car and came back in and tossed it to my boyfriend without saying a single word and walked away. Not anI?m sorry about that, a here you go, absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service. There was one younger blonde girl who wasreally sweet. But other than that, it looks like a bunch of high schoolers running the store with an elderly man who was therudest of them all. Read more
Been here a few times and depending on who you get the sandwich can be good but be careful getting it Mike's way they might soak... your sandwich completely with vinegar and oil. Didn't even ask for the vinegar and oil just the seasoning but still got mysandwich completely soaked and didn't wanna make the girl make another sandwich because the other person didn't care what Iwanted and just wanted to rush through and get it over with. I'll most likely be going to sprouts for a sandwich from now on. Read more
I always order the #43 - Chipotle Cheesesteak Sandwich, there really isn?t a sandwich that compares. Only downside to this place... is it?s expensive AF. Really disappointing first experience here. My order was made incorrectly and slowly, resulting in me being charged... significantly more than I expected. The sandwich itself was not good, especially for the price. Lastly, I noticed a really grosspractice - sandwiches that were being prepared had the corresponding receipts laid right on top of the toppings. That thermalpaper receipts are made of shouldn?t be in contact with food - who wants ink as a topping? Definitely won?t be coming back. Read more
You go to Jersey Mike's for a Awesome Sub Sandwich!! You continue to go to Jerseys Mike's when the Employees are Friendly,... Professional and Make a Great Sub!! I personally go to this location several times a week. The store is always clean, thestaff is very professional and they treat their customers as family. I've been so many times I don't even have to orderanymore, they just look at me and say "13 Tub" and I'm done. The owner of this location has 2 other locations in the Valley andthey are Fantastic Too!! Read more
Perfect for what it is. Sandwich shop that gets you in and out with a tasty sandwich. The Italian is my favorite but their... cheese steak sandwich is also great. Service here is always super friendly and everything is always fresh. Read more
Terrible customer service! Ordered 2 subs and went to tell the employee that we wanted one sub with no onion and one sub with no... veggies on it at all. We got told oh we can't do that, every sub comes Mike's Way! Which we know is not true as we have eatenat several other locations. Have tried calling the store and the number rings busy!
