The girl working there on 6/22 @2:00PM was VERY RUDE. The minute we walked in we were not greeted or kindly explained to that... Jamba Juice is now requiring a mask. She said we couldn?t be in there without a mask and she would take our order. She looked meup and down rolled her eyes and told us again we cannot be in there without a mask. We understand that but better explain itkindly instead being rude and telling us to leave with arms crossed. As I read other reviews they also had a run in with rudeemployees the minute they stepped in so we know it doesn?t have to do with COVID for her being rude. Came in today (6/14/20) for three drinks. I am empathetic to fast food workers during Covid19; however, there is no excuse to be... immediately rude to customers who just arrived. The girls working appeared inconvenienced to be working with attitude. I havegone to this location for 10+ years and today's drinks were watered down & frothy. Disapponting that both the service anddrinks are compromised at this location and lack of management oversight. Read more
This Jumba really blessed me when I made an Ofer on line but I accidentally ordered it to a Goodyear, AZ Jumba instead of this... one in Mesa, AZ. They were so kind to realize my mistake and made my order there after confirming with the app. I did make acourtesy call to the Jamba in Goodyear that I made a mistake and they completely understood. Was discriminated on a medical condition for not being able to wear a mask. The lady was also very rude.
