Went to this location at 1:40 am on 11/10 and they said they couldn't take card. So I went to thr gas station and got cash, so... when I drove back at 2 am first thing they said was they couldn't take cash! They just wanted to get paid and not do anything???? Read more

Do not go to this location!! Not only is the food soggy and undercooked this location claims to not serve the same things that... other locations in a 5 mile radius do and things ive ordered from this location before. It genuinely seems like the employees atthis location just are not willing to put in the work and each time, the service is terrible. It truly seems like the employeesdo not want to do their job. Twice now, I've pulled in the line immediately behind another car and the car in front of me isable to order and get there food but then their "systems have shut down" no further explanation no reasoning. Honestly since the pandemic. So many restaurants have struggled. Forcing the world too stay home not work. Business owners lost... value able employees. But all fast food chains in my opinion aren't good for any of us . But more so the quality is poor nothingis made FRESH OFF THE GRILL. MM most do not take pride in what they provide too america. I should have known something was wrong when the car in front of us drove through without getting their food.we had half an hour... wait for cold soggy food only to be told they were out of certain food items after waiting and we couldn't get icream becausethey were out even though we ordered it without any problem so we only got half of what we ordered. the employee at the windowhad a bad attitude the whole time puffing out his chest and yelling "you got a problem" Read more

New location... so theres always the worry "do they make the food right?". Well they DO here. The burgers were great and so was... my spicy chicken sandwich. The best part, we were only in the drive thru from start to end for about 5 to 7 minutes. Which ifyou have kids is freakin awesome, lol. Thanks Jack's crew, keep up the great work. We will be back! ???????????? *Update, justtried the new chicken sandwich and it was really good. I'm not a fan of mustard at all, but they made the honey mustard so lightit was just a compliment to the rest of the secret sauce. Read more
