I ordered 5 min to 6pm ordered 4 tacos and it took 15 min to get them. They had a staff of about 6 to 8 on shift and took 10... min. To greet a customer are the counter. The person behind me ordered 2 tacos and it took about the same time for those. Isat at a broken table in the lobby the edges of it were sharp and pointy. This may need to be addressed as it is a safetyissue. On my way out I went to wash my hands and even though it was clean to the eyes it had a mildew smell to it and thetoilets smelt as if they were used all day and just flushed minutes before I entered. Oh and the 1 person working with a maskon must have had a tattoo on rhe under of her chin cuz that's where she wore the mask. The management need to work onalocating workload and giving people work stations that they are in charge of. Too many friers and not enough counter people. I witness 3 people walk out. Extremely busy, was in the drive thru for a while then had to move to the other side of the building to wait for my food and... that was another 5 mins. Then it was all wrong. The customer service was decent for the amount of action that was going on atthat location. Read more
This location would have big problems if it wasn't for Leon . (The graveyard manager). I drive thru 3 times a week on way to... work, and this morning the system was down and was a big headache for all. I called store and Leon explained the deal and madesure I was happy and left with a smile. Keep up the great work Leon!! Read more
It's really hit or miss, but most of their food it good. Egg rolls are light and crunchy, tacos are very simple, quick easy,... hash browns were soggy, don't recommend. All of the chicken is good, nice and crispy, fries are alright, not the best. Burgersand sandwiches are pretty decent too, most of them are nice and big, and there's some interesting choices. I don't eat from themoften, and have not tried everything on the menu, but it's generally an alright meal. Read more
This location is awesome! The employees are great, the food is always fresh, the lobby is clean. Thank you for doing a great... job! Your customers notice. Rude drive through a all food was burnt but these were the worst in edible and last time I would eat here

I've been to this particular jack n the box 4 times. And all 4 times i was going thru the drie thru. And again today, as wiith... every time, the RUDE lady at the window gave me the wrong drink. And when I explained this to her she tells me I don't know whatI'm talking about, to shut my mouth and move on! When I said I would be calling management she says good for you. Wow! I will becalling corporate on this. If you hate your job that bad... quit. The really bad part in this. Twice she gave me tea withlemon in it. And I'm very allergic to all citrus.
