I stopped @ this location for breakfast after working overnight. I've never had their breakfast before so I asked Mike working... the drive thru what I should get. Not only was the food more than satisfactory, Mike had the most upbeat cheerful attitude andit honestly made my day! I've worked in the area for over 6 months without eating here once but after today's interaction withMike, no doubt I will be coming back every time I'm leaving work hungry. They took all of the previous bad service reviews VERY seriously and hired one of the nicest, funniest people I have ever had... the pleasure of being served by. Mike, thank you for making me laugh so much in a place I never expected it. @FranchiseOwner,give this man a promotion immediately, he loves it here too much. Great customer service, order was prepared correctly, food was right temperature and presented well.
Wrong order and it was cold! This wasn?t the first time but it will be the last for me. The employees are rude and just don?t... care, never again and I live right around the corner. Read more
