She was specifically told we didn't want cheese as a patient in... my car has terrible dairy allergies, not lactose problem, and she gave us cheese, my patient opened sandwich was so muchcheese melting off and her finger touched it. I love Jack in the Box; it's my favorite fast food restaurant. Unfortunately this location is a disappointing, sad example of a... location. I always make sure to avoid it and every time I make the mistake and don't, I regret it. I have never been to thislocation and didnt have to wait less than 10+ minutes. Not exactly fast food at that point. This location ALWAYS seems to messup my order too. There's absolutely no reason to come here with 2 other locations within a 5 minute drive. You'd still have yourfood sooner by driving to one of those locations and ordering than you would from this one (I've tested it with a friend). Thislocation needs some better management. In the picture I sat in that spot for 6 minutes before moving, and it took another 13before I had my food. Read more
Everyone working in this store was rude, the cashier was so distracted that it took 7 minutes just for him to put the order in... the computer. We had 3 easy, not custom meals. I will NEVER go to this location again. Store was a mess, just a very bad way tospend $30 Read more
