The tacos here are disgusting, the workers don?t even have the decency to make sure they are hot and fresh. The lettuce is... always brown. I have to give these people props (the night crew). They were super busy, but managed to friendly and personable. In between... orders and the cook catching up, the staff would come out and check on everyone to make sure they were good and did not needanything. Read more
Went through the drive-thru and the lady at the window took my order. She looks like a manager. Anyways everything went well... until I asked her for ketchup and hot sauce. Her face changed. She was very rude. I asked her for extra and she got more upset.Maybe she should just do her job and stop giving people an attitude or make dumb expressions. Read more
I had to go through the drive thru 2 times and waited over an hour because I had stuff missing from my order. I don?t mind... waiting I understand nights are busy but at least make my order correctly if you are making me wait a half hour?I tried going tothe lobby to have them fix my order quicker instead of waiting another half hour in the drive thru but the lady ignored me andshook her head. I understand they have lobby close past 8pm but not it?s not fair when the problem was the workers. My advice isto check your bags before pulling away, no matter how much of a Karen you may look lol. Workers were also very moody when I toldthem about my missing items, maybe they should do their job right the first time to avoid problems. Read more
Food was nasty, was headed home long day at work and thought wth, the hashbrowns were so soaked with oil you could easily... squeeze it out, the sandwich was slapped together like no one cares and the eggs were missing. I could go on but why nothingwill come of it. Read more
It's really good food in a really nice place. It's clean and the food is delicious. The New York cheesecake is excellent. Has a... very attractive dining area. Most people use the drive-thru but it's really nice to go on in and sit down. Best cup of coffeeI've had in awhile. Read more
Abel was working drive thru and he is very disrespectful. He also challenged him to handle it outside. He cursed at my husband... and when asked what his managers name was he didn't know. He stated he had been there 3 weeks. Won't be returning to thislocation! Read more
