As of a few montha ago, service is 50/50 on every visit. My last two orders have been made in error. I get the Number 1/Bacon... and swiss buttery jack. The first time I was given a jumbo jack, and the second time a jumbo jack with swiss. The incorrectburger tatses fine, but its not what im ordering :( Read more

I tried the spicy chicken tenders and they were great. Hot, spicy, crispy, and most importantly CHEAP lol. 1 star deducted for... portion size. They were tiny and almost the same size as a nugget. They told me they ONLY serve a 3 pc. Weird. Read more
My only complaint is that the manager should be monitoring homeless there. I walked in bathroom. There was a homeless lady in... there so messed up she couldn't stand. Swayed back and forth front to back side to side I just wanted out of there before I hadto render aid. Sorry but there were about 4 guys hanging around too. For starters the the black cashier was really rude and told us if we wanted to add something to our order we would have to drive... back around and place a new order. She ran my debit card but said she couldn't give us a receipt because they didn't have anypaper in the machine. I ordered a grande sausage burrito and it was sloppily put together as soon as I opened the wrapper to myburrito half the toppings was on the out side of the burrito and the burrito had a hole in it. I opened the burrito and Inoticed other meats in it like bacon and what seemed to be ham as well there were also pieces of withered up lettuce in it alongwith some hair in the burrito I didn't know these things came with my burrito. I've been calling them and no one answered itjust rings and rings till the call ends. I know it wasn't my hair because I have brown hair and I'm also wearing a scarf. Thisis unacceptable. I was there around 1230 at night. She girl that took out order was also complaining about her manager since shedidn't give us a receipt we probably won't be able to get our order fixed smh. Read more
Generally, when I have some negative feedback on a fast food experience, it's because of a mistaken order, but this time, it was... simply poor service. The window associate was rude, not giving me my total, instead just holding out his hand expectantly forpayment. When I attempted to clarify my order, he just snapped back, "That's what I said." Then, he started shaking his hand atme as if to hurry me in giving him my card (there was no queue). Customer service in a fast food restaurant can be a difficultjob, and those that do it well are respectable. Some people just aren't cut out for that kind of work. Read more
