I've been going to this Jack in the Box for 5 years and lately I been very disappointed in the service to the point that the... drive thru employee's are severely rude to my service. I didn't care about the rudeness all I cared about was them forgetting 3items of my order that I paid 38 dollars for all together and when I got home and realized what was missing I called and theemployee told me they couldn't do anything for me. This jack in the box has something wrong with it EVERY TIME I try and go to order food from there. The last time we went it was... 6pm and their lobby was closed. They said it was because they were short staffed. We walked there so we couldn't get food fromthe drive through. Ok fine, they were short staffed. The next few times after that their excuses ranged from they couldn't giveus any shakes due to machine being down/cleaned, they were only accepting card payments, they were only accepting cash paymentsand that they were too backed up with orders so we were going to have to wait for long wait times. Tonight, however, we go andthey said they couldn't take out order because they were ONLY taking Mobile Orders. So they couldn't just push my order intotheir screen and take my money as I was there as they were waiting for more mobile orders to come pick up their food? Likereally? I worked for Jack in the box years ago and I knew a couple workers who would lie to cars to get them to justleave. I'm just over going there and having an issue each time. I never make a fuss because I try to be understanding but it'sto the point that I have to come to the realization that they more than likely have bad employees who don't want to work or theyhave bad managers who can't manage a store. BEWARE STEEL WOOL IN FOOD!! If you want an establishment that will nearly poison your food then LAUGH in your face about it come... here! If I could give -5 I would because the breakfast sandwich my husband ordered had hair on top then a piece of steel woolEMBEDDED in the eggs. I've been to this location several times over the years but this visit was certainly not like usual. Staff was friendly and fast... but not one had a mask on and I found a beard hair on the strawberry shake. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back since I was on myway to work already by the time I noticed. Read more
Hooked it up with the sauce! ???? Stopped in for lunch on a Friday. It was pretty busy but the line moved quick. Ordered 8 tacos... and a grilled cheese kids meal. I asked for extra taco sauce and they made sure I wasn?t disappointed! I was really happy aboutthat because I noticed every place stays skimping you on the extras. If I ask for extra sauce, I mean EXTRA, not just one.Always good quality at Jack in the Box. Can?t complain. Thanks! Read more
Just placed an order online, got home and the grilled chicken was spoiled and smelled very bad. I live to far away to go back... and they wouldn't answer the phone. Very disappointed. Read more
