Not the best experience. We were charged wrong at the window, he did refund us our additional money back and then to top it... off....some of our order was missing! So we missed out on about $10....The line took so long so we didn't go back to get itfixed, it was after hours so the lobby was not open. Not very satisfied with this location. Read more

Always out of tacos! They say it's a shortage but every other jack in the box has tacos ????. Car was parked in the drive... through with no one in it, had to wait in line until I decided to go inside and order. The car appeared to be an employee's whoinstead of posting a sign, just parked their car. This is literally the worst jack in the box I've ever been to, theyconsistently provide poor service and low quality food, even compared to jack in the box. Read more

I would give 5 stars but every time I show up in the morning either their system is rebooting or it's down. Overall the food is... fresh and super hot. The tacos are very oily they bag them once they come out. also water should not be denied to anybody but Isaw couple of homeless people come in with dirty water bottles and sticking them inside the dispenser to fill them up withGatorade they drank out of it and filled it up again the water bottles were complete dirty in Jack in the Box didn't do anythingto clean the fountain drink dispenser after the restaurant itself is really clean they just need to make sure only customertouch the fountain drink Read more
