Stop putting cheese on my burgers. I'm allergic to lactose. That is the only thing I request be taken off and every time I come... here the staff fails at it. Wait times are low because everyone has to come back to get the correct order. Kinda hard for fastfood employees to push to be paid more when you can't do your job in the first place. Read more

We seen the advertisement on TV about the Double Jack made a come back. The quality of the food was very sad. First thing I... noticed was when I opened up the tacos the lettuce was wilted with the heat of the season meat and the taco shells were overcooked. This made me second thought about eating it like are you sure you wanna eat this. The Double Jack lettuce was alsowilted the same way it's so sad the Double Jack didn't make a come back . (((False Advertising))) The amount of money spent onthis decision was my fault due to wanting something different. My drive thru experience Was insane and very rude, rushed, and lacking the fundamentals of customer service by the girl and the... manager all I ask was about prices and they both Got very rude and ask if I want the food or not who does that to customers.never again will I be treated like that by Jack in the box employees it's was like the guy manager had feeling for the girl thatwas very rude because he acted very jealous and was very confrontational. I noticed others mentioning it, they leave the cheese off all the tacos. I thought I was imagining things and maybe it was a one... time mistake but it's been every time and I see other people commenting the same thing. They conveniently didn't give me areceipt so I can't really report it accurately. Once I'd ordered bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits and the guy tried to sell mesomething else instead. I told him that's not what I wanted to order over and over. Got home and in the bag was what he'd beentrying to get me to buy. It was a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. I've never ever seen English muffins there in all mylife. I've showed up there late nights at this location and randomly been told they are closed on more than one occasion. Wastold before that they didn't have food once. Several times at night had them say they were only taking cash. This location is anabsolute disaster. Read more
