Food was ok service was well lets just say you can till not one person likes there jobs. 2 leaks in the roof no wet floor signs... i almost fell and I already have a broken leg .2 different table and chairs were all wet There where 4 nice older gentlemanthere that went and got wet floor signs and towels from the unhappy staff and cleaned up the mess. Got here before work at around 5:30am, Vincent was the name of the guy at the window, he was so polite and helpful, I've been... loosing my voice lately and so he had me order at the window since my truck was pretty loud compared to me. Most places I got togive me attitude for this, but he was very kind, and helpful with choosing a drink as well! The food was also delicious, I'lldefinitely be coming back here more often! The chicken bacon ranch with the potato patty, melted cheese and Swiss cheese with the croissant bun sounded amazing! It did... taste decent too. It was extremely messy though, more so than any hand held food I've had. Probably because that kind of buncomes apart so easy. I honestly don't think I'd get it again. They have really cool menu options however and I like that it was$8 for curly and normal fries, the burger and a small/med? Drink... And 2 tacos. I've literally not had their tacos in 15 years.Tried giving them another try and I'm just so confused still why people love them. I took one bite and then threw the 2 away.Sorry Jack. Terrible experience.. the young man on the headset was great.. it was early morning. I ordered the bfast biscuit egg sausage... cheese, the biscuit was kinda like room temp like they took it out of the bag and let it defrost.. I give up.. this place is just a joke I don?t know if I should get mad or just laugh?. The other night I bought 22 tacos Extra... Lettuce well when I get home I hardly can see the lettuce some tacos don?t even have lettuce, I drive back to the restaurant andI told the lady on the window about the tacos she make me a face and then she grab some gloves and start opening all the tacoswhile she was standing in front of the window.. to be honest I didn?t understand if her madness was to me (probably she thoughtI was lying) or with the girl on the kitchen. She told me she can refund the money or remake the food.. I just told her to addthe lettuce to the same tacos.. This is how I received my new Cluck Combo special. It isn't even a full chicken breast. It was thrown into the bag and it is a... complete mess. I had to ask for the side sauce I requested before getting to the window since they forgot. The employees werenot wearing gloves and one of the employees hands were absolutely filthy. They also hardly acknowledged me when I spoke to them.Too busy trying to do other things which is understandable but not when you receive this disaster. I would have went back to geta refund but by the time I discovered this and thought of their dirty hands it just wasn't worth it. I threw it out. Read more
