Pretty Grose overall. Burger greasy with brown, wilted lettuce. Dining area tables not clean. Bathrooms dirty. NEVER AGAIN
Now they have completely stop letting people inside to eat.. They are trying to eliminate the homeless crowd that lingers... around. But I think that's wrong n if they pay for there meals they deserve the same treatment as any other customer that goesthere! I hope corporate knows about this cause it needs to be addressed.. The JITB at Recker and Main in Mesa, AZ is a dump. I only go there when my vehicle is being serviced by the Discount Tire store... across the street. Last time there, 9/1/2022, I was told only drive through orders were being taken. Not much good if your caris being serviced! I shall not darken their doorway in the future. Read more
This Jack In The Box is located in a area that sadly is unfortunately in a area inundated with homeless vagrants that typically... hang out on the exterior of this restaurant and even use it as a temporary sleeping lodge. If you can get past this unfortunateissue that has plagued this restaurant for quite some time, you will find yourself greeted by its employees with quick andfriendly service. The food is hot and made to satisfy your appetite morning, noon, or night. The restaurant is open 24hrs a dayand as Jack would have it, a variety of fast food cuisine created to be served anytime you want which is great for those whoprefer to eat breakfast at night or anytime if the day they want. Oh boy...It is evident that there is not enough qualified employees looking to fill positions rt now. Took every ounce of energy... to get the drive through guy to respond to my questions about my order. I had multiple bags and had requested extra sauces...andwouldn't you know, I got home and no sauce at all. I asked him to make sure before I left the window and he basically grunted soI had to assume that meant yes, then said ..is that all, is that everything. I take care of two elderly parents and one withdementia...would be nice if I didn't have to leave the house again to go to a second Jack in the box to get sauce. I misscustomer service so much. Asked for ICED coffee, got hot. Asked for NO tomatoes it even showed that when ordering, you can see in the pic that 50% of my... order was all tomatoes. Also asked for ranch, didn't get any of that... I feel like it takes effort or total incompetence tomess up an entire order. Read more

Went to use the restroom, and to order food, restroom door was locked. Ask for the key, only to be told the restroom was out of... service, once I heard this, I proceeded to leave this l Iocation for health reasons. How can I even think of eating any food atthis location, if I don't know how the staff uses the restroom during their shift. Took my business else where, we're they valueit. Read more
