I just stood at the counter 1st in line for 10 min without a word being said to me. It's not busy 1030am. Eventually just walked... out the door and going somewhere else. I guess if they don't work the cashier spot they don't assist. Awkward experience Read more
Was here ordering today at 11:51am and the lady at the window should not be there she was extremely rude and was rushing people... to order. Definitely needs work on customer service and patience. Read more
Jess has a hard time understanding what curly fries are. Even after confirming with her. So to get curly fries you have to get... regular first and then send them back to get the "other ones". Then she has to charge you again. I think she needs to beretrained or moved out of customer service. Read more
Patty from overnights was awesome! She didn?t sass us about sauces like the day time woman has been doing lately and it?s... driving me nuts! One of the only reasons I come to jack-n-the-box is because they don?t throw a stupid fit about sauces! There?sa bigger picture, hello!! Anyway, Patty was courteous, fast, and efficient. Probably one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Got the Sourdough Jack combo with curly fries. Fries were hard... that's how old they were, sandwich was room temperature and my condiments (Frank's red hot) weren't even in their properpackaging! I know this is fast food but at least give me warm(ish) food? At least throw it in a microwave. Took two bites. Tooworried about getting sick. Read more
