We ordered 3 orders of 6 wings each. And they only gave us 5 wings in two of those orders. So we ordered 18 wings total and they... gave us 16. Trying to rip us off. I've been wanting to try this place for a while, menu looks good and the neighborhood vibe is fun and casual however I've only... given the 2 stars because the food was very disappointing. My daughter had a quesadilla that looked a little burnt but actuallya lot of the cheese inside wasn't even melted. I had the "stay at home dad" a brisket grilled cheese sandwich, first off thesize was tiny! Not what I expected and way smaller than the Reuben Sandwich my husband ordered. It did have the appearance ofbeing toasted but the brisket was ice cold and the cheese wasn't melted at all. I took a few bites and wondered if I hadmistaken the menu and ordered a cold sandwich when I was expecting a grilled cheese (warm,melty) type sandwich . I finally askeda server if that was supposed to be served cold and she said no it should have been warm. She said maybe it had set in thewindow to long before being taken to the table and had cooled off but I don't believe this the case because my meat was ice coldand the cheese was never melted. It was like cold ingredients put on toast. She did apologize and said that she would creditback some amount on my card for the inconvenience but that never happened. experience could have been amazing, but one burger came out COLD and the other was tepid at best. waited 50 minutes to see... others who came after us get served before us. we imagine our burgers were just sitting there not being served to us. when wecomplained, they said "we will remake". nice gesture, but didn't want to wait another 50 minutes for it. I can't even rememberthe last time I complained at a restaurant. red flag should have been when we ordered a burger and they didn't ask us how wewanted it cooked, or when I ordered a salad and they didn't ask what dressing I wanted. Dang. Very disappointed. Ordered 12 wings for 18$ half of them not even edible. So dry and over cooked with barely any sauce.... Used to love this place and I hope they get better. The slow service was always worth it because the food has been great. Thisis the 3rd time in a row disappointed with quality vs price. Read more
Went there for the first time with my friends. We waited at the window for 10 min...Knocked on the door several times...Finally,... someone walks out and takes our order. The wait is not the reason for one star. It's the Awful customer service! I ordered ashake which is already overpriced and small as is. When he rang me up, he told me that he ran out of coins and that I need toround up. ROUND UP?! I was in disbelief, as I have never had such lousy treatment even from a fast food restaurant likeMcDonald's. I ended up buying the shake hoping that the quality would attest to its price. That was not the case. It was achocolate shake, but had hardly any chocolate in it. Practically tasted like plain vanilla and shaved ice. Very disappointing :( Read more
The Handlebar is such a cute little spot. We love the relaxed atmosphere. The kids run around and play at the park. The food is... always excellent! The service is hit or miss, often not great. The kitchen is small so if you go on a busy night you can expecta long wait for your food. We enjoy going to Trivia on Thursday nights. Read more

First time going, so this is a first impression: My wife ordered The Frisco Kid (burger w/swiss on sourdough) and I ordered The... Dub C (philly). Entrees come with sides. With sodas, tax, tip, we spent in the mid $40s range. The food was excellent. My Phillywas the best I've had in Arizona (not joking). The server came around to asked about drinks about 3x during our meal and askedus if we wanted to top off our drinks when we left. My only complaint is the lack of indoor dining, so I'm taking my order to gowhen it's 120 degrees out here. Read more
