I came here to the Hampton location with my parents this evening. I appreciate a coupon being given to my dad for Veteran's Day.... My dad's burger was not made correctly but he ate it. I didn't realize that the shakes are not actually shakes and have to beeaten, you can't drink them. My mom had asked for a chocolate shake made with vanilla custard as the actual chocolate shake istoo chocolatey. It was made the usual way and she took it back to have it made with vanilla custard. There was a taller heavierset kid wearing glasses behind the counter. Who wanted to argue the matter with my mother while the other kids were telling himit was okay. My mother was not rude about it, she just wanted it made the way she asked for it. That taller kid wearing glassesgrabbed the shake and very rudely told her it was a shake. I could see the attitude if a customer is being nasty but we aren'tand I made it a point to say that his attitude was uncalled for. Tonight was the first time I've been to this location and basedon the service, it may just be my last. My parents are retirees and have been to that location numerous times with no issues. Mymom did say because of the hassle she was given over wanting her shake made with vanilla custard and the attitude she received,she isn't sure she will go back to that location. Read more

Exceptional customer service in fast food does NOT go unnoticed! I went on Thursday during lunch and the young lady who took... care of me was amazing. She made sure my entire order was correct before driving away from the speaker and up to the window,condiments and extra sauces verified. She handed me my drinks first, repeated my order AGAIN to make sure it was A-Okay, then acouple minutes later handed me my bag of food and without me having to double check or even ask, reassured me that everythingwas in the bag, including both fry sauces and seasoning. I ordered the same thing about a week ago and the lady didn't verifyanything with me and forgot the extra items I requested while ordering but I had already driven halfway across the valley when Irealized.. This place never disappoints. It?s always a sad feeling once the meal has been completely consumed in the belly. Staff is... always friendly and professional, never seems to mess up an order. We had the burgers for dinner and cones for dessert. The burgers were filling with two patties. We enjoyed the cones but almost... seemed like they weren't cold enough. They were already melting and dripping down the sides of the cones just walking from thecounter back to our table. They were delicious... Just had to eat them very fast! Read more

Food is always good. They are a bit short staffed and busy, but they are doing well to handle it. They have taken a lot of... measures for COVID as well. Sanitizer all over. Individually wrapped spoons and knives. Bathroom doors have hands freeopener. At this time the lobby is closed, but mobile order and drive thru is still good. Highly recommend! Read more

Ok. So the service is fast and friendly. The kitchen is not the cleanest as you can see in the pictures... the hamburger and... chili fries were indeed flavorful. The cheese used has a little spicyness to it... great variety of sauces. Didn't get to trythere ice cream or custard but sure did look amazing.
