Service really slow, ordered traditional breakfast with extra egg, asked waitress to have eggs not crispy, they were, had them... returned and asked for scrambled instead, potatoes were hard and not cook right, by the time eggs arrived the rest of mybreakfast was cold, Read more

We were really excited to have first watch open near us - we have really loved other locations. After we were sat down, it took... 20 min for a server to come take our order. The food took 1 hour to come and there was no check in with our server. After foodwas served there was an apology. As someone previously in the service industry, I gave some gentle feedback advising I knew theywere busy, but a simple acknowledgment of the tables during the wait would have helped. I explained other tables around us wereupset and were threatening to leave. There was no apology and I felt dismissed. Good food, but I will go to other locations nexttime - unfortunate the service was so bad! Hopefully this changes in the future. Read more

Just wonderful! We?ve gone to a few other locations but this one took the cake. Excellent staff our waiter Shai (glasses soft... spoken) was super attentive and very friendly. The food was super fresh my favorite is the Elevated Egg Sandwhich it has a lemonbalsamic arugula that just makes it. Soo good! The location was clean and pretty and just an ?egg-cellent? spot to take familyand friends! No wait early morning but there is lots of seating. Try it out you?ll be impressed with whatever you get! Alsoshout to the guy who looks exactly like Timothee Chalamet but taller, great hair on that guy. Read more

My husband and I have been looking forward to this location opening up for a while now?we are happy to say it has met our... expectations and some! The service was absolutely wonderful, you can tell they are just as happy and excited for the newlocation being opened up. A person who looked like someone in charge, opened the door for us and greeted us as we walked in. Ourwaitress, A.J., took us back right away and was super friendly and professional. When the food came it was presented beautifullyas well as being absolutely delicious. My husband got the Chickichanga and loved it! He did remember how much he liked it atanother location and he said it was still just as good as he remembered. I got the Floridian French Toast and it was so good andtasty! The fruit they put on it, which is Strawberries, bananas & Kiwi, just made it even more flavorful for me! When we left, the person who greeted us as we walked in also opened the door for us walking out and thanked us for coming in. We willdefinitely be returning to eat at this location and recommend it to anyone looking for a new breakfast/brunch place! A heads upon one thing they didn?t have, which is subject to change, is the alcoholic breakfast drinks that other locations do have. Butthe waitress informed us that the city of Mesa hasn?t granted them their liquor license as of yet. Fingers crossed they are ableto receive that soon and we can get some fun breakfast drinks there too! Read more
