It should not take 15mins to make 1 sub with 4 people behind the counter and no customers. They need to put an adult on staff
They got my brother's order wrong and when he addressed the situation, they remade it but messed it up again when we got home to... check the food. Had to drive back and get a refund. It was the wrong sandwich. Very inconvenient, Lots of incompetence, if youplan on going here make sure you make em repeat your order and check your food when you get it! We were there a couple of days ago we ordered a small sandwich and we asked no cheese and still they brought the wrong sandwich... twice we have to say something about our food and by the time we left we were very disappointed your staff was just standingaround doing nothing when there wasn't any customers in I realized they were making sandwiches for the Ubers but it's still youdon't make a sandwich twice that way we asked we will not be returning to that particular Firehouse Read more

Ordered the small combo: ladder sandwich and Mac and cheese. It was delicious. It was a little busy, new guy at register so... needed to explain what was ordering even though it was my 1st time. Needs more customer interaction, no one greeted me orexplained ordering process i stood in the wrong place for 5 mins when finally approached. Food was good. Read more
Usually I don't write a bad review. Unfortunately this evening was the exception. Service and food is always superb. I'm... disabled and ordered online for pickup. The food came home and we found out that the child's meal was short a juice box andbrownies. My wife called and spoke to Natalie and she was all about the attitude! We were not the one that was disappointed. Itwas my grandchild. So let's hope this never happens again! Read more
So far so good! Walked into the store, it was fairly empty, there was a nice old lady that took out order who was very sweet.... She let us know everything we needed and was sure to make sure that we got our cups and that she had our name for our orderright* (*I always do ATM, cuz those are my initials*) and she didnt know if I meant atom or AutomatedTellerMachine...???? thefood here is sorta expensive (30$ for two large combos) but...The place was very clean, the chips were stocked, the drink areawas clean, they made sure to give us our pickles and even though it was dead they had 2 TVs on for us to watch to enjoy. Theywere fast and she even brought the food to our table, it was hot and fresh and well presented. I'd bring anyone here to showthem that FireHouse Subs is Awesome and tasty! Read more
