Terrible Firehouse Sub franchise owned by Wendy. After speaking with manager how food didn't look like enough meat and the... cheese was not cheese but was in the steamer and clumps yet a cold bun. We ordered the meal combo and I asked for a refund. Sheonly gave us minus the drinks and chips-refunded, and she said bc we opened them. It was our intent to eat with the delicioussandwich. A good owner/ manager would credit the entire meal. The food we returned after waiting 20-mins and after a 35.00dollar food bill I only got 24.00 dollars back. Ordered online, the order said pickup at 1:40 arrived at 1:46 and our order hadn?t even been started. There were four workers... moving at snail pace. A door dash order placed before us was waiting and they walked out before receiving the order. We didn?tget our food until 2:01 and it was wrong. There was no line when we arrived. Good was good, customer service was not. The girl making my sandwich said "this is a lot of veggies for such a little sandwich"... Then they didn't call out my name or anything when my order was done, just set my bag up top with 2 other people waiting fortheir food, so I had to ask, then the guy just gave me a dirty look. Great customer service, clean environment and delicious sandwiches. These sandwiches are heavier and not really for lite... lunches. The cheddar beef brisket is the best with extra bbq ??. The cajun chicken was a great suggestion from the cashier, ithad a bit too much mayo for me personally. Read more
Ordered online at 12:12 with a promise time of 12:30 but food was handed to me at 1:00. People that entered the restaurant way... after me were able to get their food and were out the door. On top of all that, the online system double charged my account so Iimmediately called the restaurant only to be told I had to wait for a call back after their rush to resolve the issue. Okay, sure, the food is good but...the WAIT!! Why the looooong wait?!!!? With a handful of people in the store, I have to wait... all my life just to get one sub. Seriously DO NOT go here if you want to have a normal day. If you have a couple hours to sparemaybe give it a try. I've worked at a sub shop before, you can crank out subs. This place is untolerable!! As I write thismessage, I am still waiting....... Never had a problem with ordering or receiving the right order. Everyone working is always so friendly and provide great... customer service. Not to mention, the sandwiches are amazing! There's just something about the bread, it's the perfect combowith any sandwich. I know, I mean you need bread for a sandwich but trust me... It's not hard like some sandwich shops. Myfavorite sandwich is the tuna with all the fixings. My husband usually gets something more along the lines that includes bacon.You can wrong! Definitely worth it! Read more
Delicious sandwich, if you get double meat, you get what you pay for, believe me. The amount of meat on the sandwich was almost... ridiculous, haha! It was great, though. I got the Firehouse Hero, and I asked to have it served cold instead of hot. Woulddefinitely go again. Read more
