The last 5 times I?ve come here the wait seems to get longer and longer. This time almost 20 min with employees in the back most... of the time. Then just one making sandwiches while another one just walking back and forth. The other 2 disappeared somewhere.There were 3 customers here when I got here. The sandwich was one of the best I have had very generous with meats and cheese as well as veggies.
4 employees ..no one in a hurry to make any sandwiches right away,but they were happy to ring us up quickly. Store was clean and... the employees were happy to just stand around and talk or sweep...3 other customers waiting for their sandwiches along withus....but no one seemed to want to put sandwiches together right away?? 8/20 came in for lunch and was helped by a very friendly front cashier girl short brown hair. She was very nice and helped me... decide on a sub. She recommended the meatball and it was exactly what I was looking for regarding a little spice to it. Had agreat experience. Read more
Met with Daughter to eat there. After waiting in line for 6/7 minutes to order, we placed our orders. Another 10 min wait for... sandwiches to be made. Finally my name is called!! Imagine my surprise to find out they only made 1 sandwich!! Checking thereceipt, the guy that took the order only did the combo ad on for the second sandwich and never keyed in the sandwich. Noattempt was made to make it right, I'm not asking for free food but an offer could have been made to make the missing sandwichasap while I paid for it. This isn't the first time I've had a not so good experience with Firehouse, as a norm their service atany location is usually slower than their competitors. Read more
Not gonna lie...this used to be my least favorite firehouse subs location but they must have hired new staff because my family... and I ate there last night and the subs were delicious! Before, I don't know what it was but this location just wasn't as goodas other firehouse's. We will go back again and hopefully it's just as good! :-) But I will say, this location has always beenclean and the staff friendly. I'm just glad this new set of staff have increased the quality of the sandwhiches. Read more
I am super disappointed with the service I had yesterday for lunch. They told us it would be 15 minute wait which was fine, but... they also let us know something had happened to the meat cutter or something the previous night, but that our sandwich wouldstill be the same. When I got my sandwich there was hardly any meat at all and stuffed with lettuce. I am very upset because Ipaid the same price as I would for a normal sandwich with lots of meat. I would have preferred to know that ahead of time so Icould have chosen somewhere else to eat. The person I was eating with also had to send his sandwich back a few times for beingwrong. I frequent firehouse and usually have great service and great quality sandwiches but I will not return to this locationas the whole experience rubbed me the wrong way. Read more
