But boy did the person after me have a different experience. Everything went well at first, butwhen handing this person their food, he forgot their chips! How inconsiderate. This is the first time I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of the... sandwich not to mention my order was completely screwed up and backwards. What I (ordered) Hook and Ladder on wheat no onions,New York Steamer on white how I comes. What I received, Hook and Ladder meat and the cheese only on white none of the condimentsit was supposed to come with very dry sandwich. New York Steamer on wheat with the condiments that should have on the Hook andLadder including the onions. Not a big fan of sandwich shops because the meat to bread ratio is way off but the few times that I do it's Firehouse subs... because they have corned beef and pastrami. I just get the medium with extra meat. Read more
Wow.. 5 people working, 3 people including myself waiting for sandwiches. 3 employees talking and laughing and not moving. No... napkins anywhere, very dirty in public areas to get a drink, bread is super dry/stale, meat is even more dry. I love firehousesubs but this location is garbage.
