Ordered four shredded beef tacos then decided to only have two and the cashier had to ask how to change the order then after... eating the stupid shredded beef tacos my stomach hurt for 3 days and I have diarrhea. I think the meat has been sitting outfor who knows how long so if you want your stomach to hurt go ahead with it.. NO NO NO NOT EVER EATING THERE AGAIN EVER!!! Read more
Never had this food before. Used Uber eats and ordered a Grande Chicken Burro. It was okay, but with an hour I wasn't feeling... very well. Had some stomach issues. Went to bed later and woke up just now (4am) violently ill. I knew immediately that it wasthat burrito. Will be calling and reporting my food poisoning to the health department later this morning. Normally I don?t go out of my way to write reviews, because I really don?t care that much and even if someone messes up my order... or small things like that I won?t complain because I work in the food industry/ customer service. But I ordered carne asadafries and the sour cream was way past expired and it was in literal chunks and I get it things happen but I just can?t believethey would be okay serving something like that. I always enjoy Filiberto?s but this location always seems to disappoint. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and when I get home to... see inside is canned meat with a paste consistency!! Absolutely disgusting and disturbing, never in my life have I ever beenserved that especially in a quesadilla or anything of the sort. I was so upset to waste money on that and to add it was verysoggy with little cheese. If y?all don?t have real meat available then don?t sell it! Im so shocked that they would think that?sok to sell. This location is HORRIBLE I ordered my 5 year old daughter the chicken nugget meal and when we got home the chicken was raw, I... took the food back and was told there was no manager available to talk to. The drive thru offered to fix my order so I went homeagain and the cooked named Barbara re cooked my raw chicken nuggets and threw them back into the same box where they had the rawones and gave it to me I took the box back and let them know that is down right DISGUSTING and cross contamination they couldn?teven give us a new box or new fries!!!!!!!! The food was delicious. I got the carne asada burrito and everything was just right. But they missed it on the small stuff.... There were no napkins today. The floor needed to be swept. The tables needed to be wiped down. I could have gone with threestars but the food did taste good. Read more
This place is terrible. The food has an off taste, the meat is grey, and no seasoning. Service is always bad too. For the... quality of the food they put out there is no reason it should take 30 minutes in the drive thru. The cashiers that work nightsare always rude too. Read more
