I've lived in Mesa my whole life been going to filibertos for as long as I can remember. My worst experiences have been at this... location at night! Whoever the chef is at night currently, should be fired.. after three bad experiences you think I learned mylesson but it's the closest one to my house. I've had crispy beef tacos that weren't cooked, and full size burritos that I spent$10 on that were the size of the bean burrito from Taco Bell.. the night time chef is absolutely horrible avoid this one at allcosts.. Elmo is a professional, kind, and honest employee. Elmo placed an order for my friend, and I handed Elmo the money. I did not... count the money in the transaction, assuming my friend understood the amount. Elmo noticed immediately that an extra twentydollars was given to him by mistake, and he did not hesitate to return the twenty-dollar bill. Double check item's cost, they're charging you more at the window from what it shows on the menú by the speaker and what they... said was (we'll talk to the owner to have him adjusted) didn't even bother or offer to adjust the price. food and service is asexpected though Read more

First few times I went here, it was great! However, 3 times in a row I?ve ordered a Bacon Breakfast Burrito with extra cheese,... the bacon has not been cooked. It?s white and slimy. The cheese that they put in is cold and bunched up as if they remembered toput it in after they wrap it up. The final straw was the leaf I found at the bottom of the burrito. Not to mention, we waited inthe drive-thru for 10 minutes, listening to the workers talking and messing around while I was trying to get their attention.I?ve eaten my final meal from this location unfortunately. Went through to get food and forgot green salsa so looped back through the drive through and went to the window to get some. But... everyone refused to acknowledge us. Literally sat in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes with them walking past and makingeye contact but not acknowledging us until there were a few cars behind us. I just don?t understand why like it was so rude. :( Read more
