I picked up a couple of Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl's at the drive thru on my way home Saturday evening. Made it home 8 miles... away. Sat down to enjoy our Chicken Bowl's, and noticed that the bowl's had a total of 3 little pieces of chicken each! All thatthe bowl's consisted of was rice and beans, sour cream and 3 small slices of blacken Avocado. The worst part is, this is thethird time this happen.Needless to say, this is the last time we ever eat at Pollo Loco. Read more
The best place to get the rice,pinto beans and slice chicken. If you want salsa or onions ..whatever on the side they will do... that, happily. You WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. ???????? Read more
The food is surprisingly good but the service from the cashier to the manager was horrific. They over charged me for both 3... piece meals w/ drinks and had an attitude when I asked that they fix it, which they didn?t. Horrible customer service PERIOD. Read more

I live to a closer location where their BRC burritos are almost half the price, so I was shocked when I pulled up to order and... they were 3.99 each. Thought maybe they would be ?deluxe? but in fact they were even much smaller than when I order them nearhome in Phoenix. Didn?t realize the price and quality would vary by city, but I will not be back to this location. Read more

I asked my cashier Teresa if they still offered the tortilla roll combo. She turned to her coworker and said something in... Spanish. She then rung me up and said the total would be $11.88. This seemed a little high but I didn't worry about it. Once Itapped my card I asked which sides came with it. She told me that it didn't come with a side because they didn't offer the comboas I had previously asked. She charged me for 2 tortilla rolls and a drink. She didn't hand me the drink so I was confused. Iwalked back up and said can I have my drink cup. I was ignored until another associate handed me one. When I got my tortillarolls (with no side) I was really hungry so I just told myself to eat it and go. When I bit in It was cold. The cheese was stillin shredded form and not melted at all. When I took it back Teresa didn't say anything she just took it back. I watched the ladyget 2 new tortillas out and scrape the filling from my old tortillas into the new one. She then put them on the grill press androlled them up and sent them back out. The cheese was melted but the chicken was slightly warm still. This is the worst fastfood experience I have ever had. I hope I don't get sick from the low overall temperature of the chicken. Teresa needs to becoached on how to deal with customers instead of making me feel like a free loader. All I wanted was a tortilla roll combo. Ifit was unavailable all She had to say is no we don't offer it and I would have got something else. I will never return to PolloLoco because of this horrible experience. My order # was 152 @ 12:19 pm on 12/6/22. I left a bad survey as well. This isunacceptable service. When I was leaving my voice-mail I had to talk low because the staff was starring at me knowing that I wasleaving a bad survey. How embarrassing. Read more
