So upon coming to this restaurant I order the chicken tostada without chicken and rice that comes all together with chicken... beans rice and pico and cheese and lettuce. This is my local El Pollo Loco. ???? Pretty decent spot. Always quick and fresh. The only reason I took a star off is for... presentation. My pollo bowls always look like they just threw everything together. Kinda skimpy on sauces even when you order abunch. Arlette waited on me and was very friendly, out of all of the locations the MESA. This location by far the best place to get... authentic Mexican food. The people are friendly and the location is extremely clean. I recommend this location to anyone lookingfor phenomenal food! Read more
Service was fast and friendly. The food was prepared quickly, appeared fresh, and tasted wonderful. The music was lively but not... loud. I would absolutely eat at this location in the future. Soda and salsa areas were clean. There were a couple unwipedtables, but they appeared understaffed. Pictured is the double shrimp mango bowl. Read more
I was there in the last hour n bough two tostadas salads and was the worst I ever get from a fast food place, the chicken was... all burn and looks like they collected all the pieces from the trash or food from the morning. I am really disappointed. Read more
