Did not take any pictures this time. The place serves good food and the people that work there are nice. With that said it's a... bit of a dive when it comes to condition of the building. Looks like something you would see in LA, good food good people. Lookslike it's a cash cow and they are not going to remodel till it affects the botime line. I would go back if it's convenient butnot If there is a better option. What's your thoughts? Read more
Awesome customer service! The gentalman in the blue shirt, white hat glass. Went above and beyond! He helped me with my order... when it wouldn't work online. I was outside with my dog in the car. He brought it out with smiling eyes. Awesome customerservice sir! He needs a raise! And anyone else like him need a pat on the back with cash! Thank you for making my day better. Very weird encounter today. The man with a the long beard seemed nice until he took a look at my hat. It?s blue with a phrase... that says be a decent human, which by the way is merch from a girl podcast. He immediately was giving me rude looks and repeatedmy order in a judgmental way as if he was annoyed by it but was nice to my boyfriend. He was rushing me while ordering whenthere was no one in line and ordered me to pay twice in a rude tone. I?m assuming he thought my hat was a democratic favoringhat (which it is not) and decided to use his political views to talk down to customers. Really disappointed by this. Read more
It was quite busy when we got there but they were fast friendly and efficient ???? could have gone a bit easier on the cream... cheese. It was like biting in an entire tub of cream cheese with a single piece of bread. But other then that it was a goodexperience. Read more
Third of the time the order is wrong, but I don't find out out until I get home 20 minutes away, and by that time it's too late... to do anything about it because it's not worth it to drive all the way back. I check it before I leave sometimes but when Idon't, it's pretty unsatisfying to get the complete wrong order. When it is right, it's usually pretty decent food. Read more
Me and my girl went in to buy bagels, got a blueberry and a cinnamon, as I?m waiting for food I notice in the back a high... schooler looking female that works there touching her hair while wearing gloves and then continuing to work, We get home to eatour bagels and my blueberry bagel tastes like jalapeños I even found one in the bag, her cinnamon bagel tasted very offtoo. Our pick up order took half an hour, despite the store being empty. Both sandwiches came out cold and my egg sandwich was... missing the egg. The avocado was bad and tasted like trash. We threw both sandwiches away after one bite. I've always been a fanon einsteins so I am really disheartened by this experience.
