Terrible experience. I went in today around 5:30 pm to get two rebels a vampire slayer with soft top, and a day dream rebel. The... total came around to $17 and some change. I go to pay with cash. Immediately as I pulled through attitude, aggressively doingthe payment and gives back the change. The vampire slayers comes out, they tell me that they don?t have the ingredients for theday dream. Within that time of waiting I saw no communication between the cashier and the person making my drinks about the lackof ingredients! I understand that this was a seasonal drink ,but why did I get told till the very last minute. There was aprocess of the person taking my order to basically build my drink, to fine the flavors why not then was I told why not before Ipaid for that drink? Again the attitude at this location along with others when the cash option is chosen is appalling. Iunderstand working in fast food and dealing with people but this is unacceptable. Whoever made my hyperchrome iced rebel must have added some of their own sparkle because for some reason it tastes slightly... different and i love it so much. I've gone to several Dutch Bros. I waited for this one to open for awhile, as it's less than 1/2 mile from me. This morning... was the first time I tried this particular outlet. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied. I was there around 6:30 am, and therewas a small cue. I'm use to that because they serve good coffee. As a whole, the customer service is fast. However, thismorning there was TWO cars behind me that ordered after I did, but received their order and left WELL BEFORE I got my order. This location can get a bit busy as it's right next to the highway but the lines are not as bad as in say Tempe (where I've seen... lines go out to the street). Also, this Dutch Bros has two lanes for the drive through and two people taking orders so it reallygoes pretty quickly. The cashiers are friendly too and they chat you up. The drinks are good and up to par with the Dutch Brostaste- but I do wish they would make the coffee a little hotter. Other than that, had a great experience. Read more

Jason at Dutch Bros, went above what was expected after I informed him I have a peanut and tree nut allergy. He was kind enough... to use a clean blender (one that had been washed not just rinsed) to ensure I could have a blended drink without having anallergic reaction. Thanks again, Jason!
