I?m a Starbucks person but wanted to give Dutch bros a chance. I tried I really did. I?m so grossed out. I got a energy drink... blended with the eclipse flavor. Idk if they just don?t clean their blenders BUT my drink melted in the car and there?s all thisgross white stuff floating around in it. I?m super grossed out. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS VERY UNPLEASANT. I had to edit this to include this detail in my review because it put me in medical... danger. If you're diabetic, I do not recommend you trust being served sugar free drinks here. Although I asked and confirmedthat the flavors added were sugar free, due to diabetes, my blood sugar was way out of my normal range in the morning afterdrinking the coffee the night before. WE HOPE THIS IS THE EXCEPTION AND NOT THE WAY THIS LOCATION DOESBUSINESS. ???TIMELINESS Our coffees and rebels were delivered in a timely fashion. ???STAFF Strangely, we were not greeted aswe normally are at other locations. Maybe the staff was having a bad day...? But there's no excuse for giving someone an extrasugary drink when they've asked for sugar free due to diabetes. ???CLEANLINESS Clean ???FOOD / TEMP One of our coffees was waytoo milky, so we asked for a remake and asked for no ice because the cup was crammed with ice. VIEW THE PICTURE. THIS IS WHATWE GOT FOR ASKING FOR A REMAKE. Half a cup of coffee! SO IN ESSENCE THE COST OF HALF OF THE DRINK AT DUTCH BROTHERS IS FOR THEICE? THE REMAKE DRINK WAS STILL SUPER MILKY AND ONLY HALF FULL. BUT WAIT, IN THE MORNING I FOUND MY SUGAR READINGS WERESUPER HIGH. SO DUTCH BROS DID NOT USE SUGAR FREE FLAVORS! We have always loved this location till recently, the night ?shift manager? Sierra is very rude and disrespectful. I waited in... line for 27 minutes because they had the walk up window closed, not a huge deal.. then got to the window, only had a 50$, wastold they couldn?t accept anything over a 20$, so I said I?d run across the street and break it then be back and Sierra rudelyat the window said ?Get back in line and wait another 30 minutes it?s not our problem you don?t have a 20$ or a bank card withyou? ? asked if I could walk up to quickly give her the exact change and grab my already ready drink and she laughed, rolled hereyes and turned away? she talked over the nice employee at the window who was apologetic and very kind, I told them I understandthe policy know; just didn?t know so I would be back with change, and Sierra just didn?t like that and was very mean about it?Do better Dutch bros! I usually have nothing but good things to say about Dutch bros. But this location multiple times has given me my rebel and it... tastes like they forget the flavor syrup in it. I'm not sure what they are doing differently but I'm very upset that I paid over$5 for this drink multiple times to taste like just Red Bull energy drink. Very disappointed ???? Read more

Really disappointed. Personally it's sad that I was told the proper terms on how to order a drink with a bunch of extra caramel.... And I got zero caramel but was charged a bunch extra for it. I also wanted whip and there's no whip on this it's trulydisappointing especially when this is the set of your day and sometimes little things like this can drop a mood I didn't evenhave time to take it back because I had to go straight to work.
