Only 7 people in line when I got here. and somehow each car is at the window for two to three minutes. Need to improve on... efficiency and speed I had to flag down an employee bringing out drinks to people in line behind me. They finally bring out mydrink and said they were having problems with something. My drink was watered down by then. So In total I was 7th person in lineand there for 25 minutes. Read more

Dutch Bros Coffee always has a line, it doesn't matter if it is morning, noon, or night, wintertime, or 115 degrees in the... Arizona summer. There will be a line of cars wrapped around the building and a usually a line of people standing at the orderwindow. Dutch Bros is a coffee shop and a specialty soda stand. They have all kinds of fun flavors and you can get your drinkshot or cold. They also sell some breakfast/bakery/snack items. You will have to pay about $5+ on average for a drink. If youwant your soda without ice, they will charge you a fee to actually have the cup filled with beverage, instead of half filledwhen it has ice cubes in it. They usually have an employee or two taking orders from the line of cars before you even get tothe menu, so probably check online for a flavor combination before you go, if you are not familiar with their offerings. Theyprefer that you pay with a card instead of cash for multiple reasons. They will ask you if you would like to add a tip when youare paying. You can say no, but it feels kind of embarrassing. It is one of those places that you need to prepare yourself forwhat you want before you get there, so you don't feel silly or clueless when it is your turn to order. I will have to say thatthey do hire some of the most friendly and outgoing individuals in the industry.
