I LOVE dunkin. The location at Cooper and baseline they're always fast, thorough and mostly friendly but to be honest my... interactions are less than a minute with them. I love the app it's so easy to use. I get Dunkin coffee grounds for home and whenwe're on vacation I order Dunkin coffee. It's safe to say I'm obsessed with Dunkin it's the best. Read more

Coffee was good, as usual. You better skip the apple fritter. The one I got today was hard as a hockey puck. Evidently they... don't throw out old stuff, I did. Read more

Went through the drive thru this morning and was trying to put my coffee down in my car and I guess I didn't say thank you fast... enough and the girl working in the window yells out with attitude, "and your welcome for the coffee" well I did pay for it...but definitely might want to work on customer service Read more

Management Andrew H. Needs to give Alyssa a raise & Recognition for all the hard work she does. She carry?s the team. She... definitely has regulars that come only when she?s working. Any time we have come & she?s not working our orders are alwaysmessed up or taste old. She?s amazing & definitely Irreplaceable. She keeps the place on point!! Read more

Absolutely horrible service. We ordered two different types of bacon and egg sandwiches and both were gross. It looked like... they took one peice of bacon and split it between our two sandwiches and they forgot to fully heat up the eggs. We orderedhashbrowns with our food and somehow they were burnt and grossly under cooked at the same time. Read more

Olivia and the sweet old man in the back were super nice! Stopped by this location for drinks and mini bagels before my dance... class and then came back after dance for more. The mini bagels came out hot and they gave us some donuts on the house!Definitely coming back! Always appreciate workers that smile and are kind (: Read more

It was a really sad day when Dunkin' lost the "donuts ". I guess it's just a coffee house now? This pic was at 10:40am on a... Saturday. Pretty much no donuts. By the time I get to the front of the line, someone, the manager, I assume, was taking the remaining 6 donut and sad-half-crushed-crippled munchkins out of the display case in the lobby, and putting them by drive-thru.Not sure why, as there were people waiting in line. The young lady at the register asked "what can I get for you", to which Ireplied " anything except doughnuts, evidently ". "I don't understand..." So, I sez, sez I "you can get me anything exceptDunkin' donuts, because you are taking them away." *confused look* "Just get me 2 with sprinkles. Do you close at noon?" sezI. "Looking down, embarrassingly "no, 3pm" Laughingly, "What, are you looking for a new manager?" , I jested. Pretty much justgot my 2 sprinkle donuts without any other oration from neither myself nor the employees. I'm really unsure of a business planwhere you try to make it look like you are going out of business in the middle of your businessday.... Every restaurant/foodservice establishments busiest days are on...what? C'mon, you're almost there! Weekends! That's right, my Droogies. If I werean normal, undetermined customer, who wasn't sent on a mission from God , (or my wife, same difference in this house) to comeback with something with sprinkles, or don't come back at all, I would have just about-faced myself out of there before I took asecond step into the building. "But, the drive-thru was super busy!" My little lambs, drive thru customers don't get to see thetasty pastry until they open their bag.The people who come into to order at at a establishment that made themselves on roundlittle pastries, expect to have a looksie, see what there is, what confectionery you are try to peddle. I would have gotten ahalf-dozen, if there would have been a choice. I know my 4 extra donuts didn't keep them from reachi Read more

Worst experience ever! After waiting in drive thru forever. Place my order, asked for 2 hot caramel machiatos, 2 glazed donuts... and bacon, egg, cheese crossaint..asked my order 2 times, said no more glazed donuts so ordered chocolate glazed instead.. Getto window, and paid..asked for my order again, gave me one coffee and the food. I said I ordered another coffee and she says "ohya" its coming..waited some more. Then she says "oh, our machine just broke so we can't make your other coffee, do you want arefund or something?" Umm..ya? How are you out of glazed donuts by 9am!! And your machine breaks?? And the crossaintsandwiches..absolutely horrible! It completely fell apart, was cold, 1 piece of bacon and broken cheese..not even edible. Firsttime at this location and very last time at this location..do not go to Stapley and Baseline..horrible! Read more
