Ordered a medium iced vanilla latte in a large cup with extra ice. The two girls at the counter looked and acted like I was... ordering something crazy. They went from telling me no we can?t do that, we have to charge you for a large drink; we fill ourice all the way to the top anyways. Then one walked away from the register and told the other one to finish the order becauseshe just can?t. The other girl seemed to understand my request but when I got my medium iced vanilla latte it was in a mediumcup with about a 1/4 inch of ice. Now to be honest I really could care less about the coffee I would never take the time towrite a review over bad coffee, it?s the customer service or lack there of. It is absolutely crazy to me that employees in acustomer service oriented job can act the way they do. It is real disheartening. Read more
Hash browns are so burnt and rock hard, I don't think they qualify as food at this point. My coffee is so dark it doesn't have... the cream that I ordered. There's either less or none at all. Worst experience at any location ever! Read more
I came in Friday 9/8/22 at 0830. I ordered a large oatmilk latte with an extra shot of expresso with one pump of sugar free... vanilla. I came to the window and was asked 3 times for my order. Since they were taking some time I added an small ice oatmilk latte (she wasn?t to happy about that). She brought out my drinks and I got two iced lattes. I corrected her and told her mydrink was hot and she rolled her eyes upset. She then brought out my drink to the window and I tasted it (since this was alreadystarting to be a bad experience and it didn?t even have the vanilla flavor and did not taste creamy. Will not be coming back :(her name was Megan. I've only ever been to the two Dunkins closer to my house, but I was over this way for an appointment and stopped by this one. I... ordered a coffee and the hash browns. I've had the hash browns before from the other Dunkins and I really like them. When Ipulled these ones out they were burnt around the edges, but soggy in the middle. I'm not picky and would have just ate themanyways, but when I tried one it was just disgusting. I decided to park and go inside and get some new ones. The girl at thefront was polite and got me some new ones. They weren't much better. A little less burnt but still a little soggy and didn'ttaste as awful. I just wanted to get home at this point so I just left with them. It wasn't until I looked at the reviews thatother people have had issues with the hash browns. Came in at a little before 6 am 8/8/22 Got a large vanilla iced coffee, hashbrowns, and the turkey sausage sandwich. I hate to... do this but, a couple things, the lady at the drive thru window that took my order was a little rude, when I asked her to repeatherself at the speaker since I couldn't hear she used a very condescending tone. Now I've worked at food places for a while andI've had allot to deal with personal life wise, but I have NEVER taken that out on a customer. I paid with a gift card and Iguess it didn't have enough so I paid the rest with card but the lady seemed very frustrated with the fact that it didn't haveenough on it. The hasbrowns were absolutely burnt, dry and stale, there's no was I would have served these to anyone. Thesandwich was way too chewy like it had been sutting there for a while. The coffee definitely needed more creamer. And I wasn'teven given a receipt so how am I supposed to get a refund for this clearly messed up order? I do not plan on coming back anytime soon expecially after the order not even being worth the attitude I was given. Very frustrated ???? Read more

I was pleased with this trip to Dunkin Donuts. It was my first to visit this location. The cashier was friendly and accurately... took my order. The drinks were prepared in a short amount of time. The store did look a bit dirty however. I went to sit on oneof the lounge chairs and was greeted by a long blond hair. It appeared as if someone got it caught in the crease of the chair . Read more
