I think this location had finally got a hold of their manning deficiencies. It was always hard to order here because of the... lack of personnel. They are doing better now. Dunkin had great coffee and my wife and I always enjoy it on occasion. Thedonuts are delicious and they do have tasty breakfast sandwiches. Read more
If I could rate this less than one star I would. I don?t normally write reviews however this is some of the worst service I have... ever received. This is the closest DUNKIN to me so I tend to go to this one however the employees here are EXTREMELY rude. Takeforever to even go to the window to take my order and then act annoyed the whole time. I asked for a recommendation and the ladyjust acted annoyed and said I don?t know. Then didn?t label any of the drinks and had no idea which drink was which when shehanded them to me. Poor staffing. They didn?t know their own menu and the store was unkept. They were out of so many product. Husband ordered... grilled cheese with bacon added, they didn?t put on there and when he asked to get the bacon he asked and paid for and theyignored him completely. Read more
Extremely disappointed with the customer service that we actually just drove off. First we were rushed to place an order in the... drive thru. Second, it was our first time ever going to Dunkin that we asked for a drink recommendation and let's say they weresuper annoyed. Then we asked to place a separate order and they said no that we would have to come in because their computersystem didn't allow that. When we said we would just keep the first order and come in for the second... they said they alreadyscratched the order so nothing could be done in the drive thru. Read more
