My mother-in-law went into this place today to go get donuts for my kids as a special treat. She was treated rudely they said... you're not allowed to order when you come in that you have to do it online! They were so rude and said you can't be here sinceyou didn't place an order meanly. My mother-in-law was shocked! There was also a lady already in there and when they turned awaymy mother-in-law this lady spoke up and finally said to them I've been here and placed an order but nobody's helping me. Theynever once said good morning they were rude. Whatever happened to being able to go into a donut shop and go pick out your Donutsand have customer service? You turn away customers that want to have the fun of picking out Donuts?!?! We will never goto DunkinDonuts ever again!!! We will use other places that have customer service, and that's what she did. You made my day today! Was having a terrible morning, decided to treat myself to a cup of coffee. I've recently started going to this location about 2 weeks now. Working early shift it's good to have them open at 4am. Last... couple when I place my order I get greeted with a morning positive happy person. Whenever I go in the morning she always have agreat attitude n amazing personality. This is by far the worst Dunkin? I have ever gone to. I?ve gone multiple times and it is literally trash. First of all, the... workers are absolutely rude, there is maybe two that are actually sweet and do their job, the rest are rude, don?t listen andcould care less. Hence why my order has been wrong almost every time I have gone. They also are always conveniently cleaning thefood machine in the morning so you can never order food at this location. I just spent 20 minutes in this line paid $30 and put $10 in the tip cup all for none of my croissants to be hot, my donut... missing and they put cheese on one of the croissants when I repeated the order 3 times and asked them not too. As busy as theywere I would at least expect the food to be hot. Read more
I was upset because all the food we ordered was burnt. We did have a large order so it was a bit upsetting that everything... looked like this. This Dunkin location is the closest, so we do visit often and have noticed inconsistencies in the drinks andfood. Read more
