My mother-in-law went into this place today to go get donuts for my kids as a special treat. She was treated rudely they said... you're not allowed to order when you come in that you have to do it online! They were so rude and said you can't be here sinceyou didn't place an order meanly. My mother-in-law was shocked! There was also a lady already in there and when they turned awaymy mother-in-law this lady spoke up and finally said to them I've been here and placed an order but nobody's helping me. Theynever once said good morning they were rude. Whatever happened to being able to go into a donut shop and go pick out your Donutsand have customer service? You turn away customers that want to have the fun of picking out Donuts?!?! We will never goto DunkinDonuts ever again!!! We will use other places that have customer service, and that's what she did. This is by far the worst Dunkin? I have ever gone to. I?ve gone multiple times and it is literally trash. First of all, the... workers are absolutely rude, there is maybe two that are actually sweet and do their job, the rest are rude, don?t listen andcould care less. Hence why my order has been wrong almost every time I have gone. They also are always conveniently cleaning thefood machine in the morning so you can never order food at this location.
