I get it being in the pizza business/ delivery business is hard. But I?ve had the worst delivery experience. Joseph was my... driver and he called me to figure out the location of the apartment. He can?t see do to the rain Well I tried working with himand this is a friends apartment. I try to hunt him down and he is unable to provide me landmarks saying everything looks thesame. As I am walking to both entertrances witch is a good 10 min walk, Joseph is getting more annoyed and won?t really workwith me. Sunday in the heat of week 2 NFL Sunday. I order three pizzas. It takes well over and hour!! The pizza comes and the get 1 pizza... completely wrong! I call and wait on the phone for 15 minutes, I go to the store ready to lay into the workers.. I get there andit is 1 lady in upper age working. That is it.What a horribly run store Dominos. Your GM at this location should lose their jobfor not being able to have more then 1 employee working on a Sunday. COMPLETELY PATHETIC!!!!! Read more
We ordered pizzas and chickens wings at 6:15PM, never received our ordered. At 7:45PM, we called the location and it just rang... for 20 minutes. We decided to drive to the location. When walking in the 3 employees working we?re in a dispute with each other.My order was sitting on the counter for an hour or more. They couldn?t figure out how to refund the delivery charge or order. Iwill dispute the whole charge with my CC company. The phone was ringing off the hook in the 10 minutes I was in person, no oneattempted to answer the phone. This is the worst delivery experience we?ve ever had. Pizza was marked as delivered so I called to find out what was going on. Before I could even say it was marked as delivered I... was interrupted and given this explanation on how their driver had a flat tire and they were down. I told her my concern wasthat its marked as delivered and she told me that another driver had my order and the app is off by like 2 minutes but thedriver will be there. I said ok, no worries and having worked in food service before, told her its ok don't stress. I get aphone call 5 minutes later and shes telling me it was dropped off with the driver in the background. I informed them it was notdropped off at my house. I asked what address and what lot number. They said they rang they doorbell and left it. Im like ok,never indicated to just leave the pizza and I don't have a doorbell. Im also sitting outside so there was never a pizzadelivered here. The person I spoke with then read me off what it shows on their delivery instruction and how there isn't a lotnumber. On my end there is; its part of the address. She was then horribly rude, which she had been since the initial call and Iignored. I asked for a refund and the world ended. Asked for her name, she told me Nicole but on my phone ID it comes up asAmy. Why wouldn't she call me from the store? Domino Pizza! 5/5 It?s all the hype and then some. 5/5 Ordered the pizza on the app. $7.99 specials 5/5. 5/5 My Order included... thin crust with 3 toppings (spinach bacon and chicken) then $7.89 ordered specialty chicken with bacon and tomato 5/5. Trackingon the app 5/5. Totally awesome. 5/5 Order was ready when promised. 5/5 quality of the food was great. 5/5 Thanks Cody forpreparing my order. 5/5 Great customer service when I picked up my order. 5/5 Easy app. 5/5 Clean inside and outside. 5/5 Ihighly recommend this location. Picked up my pizza and it was burnt to a crisp. I order my pizzas the same at every dominos and the guy here tried to say that... because I order light cheese, that that's how it will cook. Never once has that happened to me. They remade my pizza aftergiving me attitude and surprise, surprise, it wasn't burnt at all. Read more
Maybe not this location if you?re wanting pizza. We had served up everyone?s plates and our 7 yr old started asking why he had a... dead fly in his pizza. We didn?t think he was serious but as it turned out he did have a dead fly in the middle of his pizzaslice. After calling the store back to report, the manager told us he wasn?t sure what he could really do for us and he wouldneed to contact someone higher up than himself.
