Worse experience ever, don't like to complain but my order from this place a joke. They brought me the wrong sauce and the food... was dry and hard. Well I'm done, the chick that brought my food looked at me like was a monster and turned real red. WOW - AMAZING Customer service- I ordered my pizza, only to see it was very delayed. Called the store and spoke with the manager... who said their driver hadn't arrived to work, and that orders may be canceled. Not long after I got a text that my order wascanceled, and within 10 mins of that the manager arrived with my pizza, at NO CHARGE! That my friends is customer service. DeanM Read more

I have had issues at least 3 times. I order meals for my kids on the weekend, I order at a decent time, but never get my order... until 2 hours later.. which I understand places can get busy. But it apparently took them an hour to prep 4 pizzas to go intothe oven? I?ll most definitely be changing my delivery store to a different one after this.. my kids are hungry and it?sridiculous.. Worst experience I've had at any delivery pizza place. Ordered pizza at 10:30pm which took two hours to be on it's way. I... understand they were busy but once I was finally notified it was delivered I look outside and it's not there. I called the storeimmediately at 12:30am which was now closed and he informed me that the driver didn't drop the pizza off because she "attemptedto call me" and was too scared to get out of her vehicle since the lights in the front of the house were off. I was intenselystaring at the app on my phone waiting to be notified the pizza had been delivered since at that point I was extremely hungry..not once did she try to call me. The lights in front of the house are connected to motion sensors. This was extremelyfrustrating and store just told me there was nothing they could do and they would just refund the order. Awesome! We order here weekly, as it's my 6 year old daughter's fave ???? Well, this evening we ordered, and there was a mishap with 1 of... the pizzas. I called and spoke with the staff, and let them know my picky eater was upset as it was her special pizza. TheManager, and team members were extremly professional, and promptly made a fresh one. I've been ordering delivery from this location for 14 years now and every time I do it seems the pizzas are better each time.... Today's order was absolutely awesome! Best-tasting pizzas I've ever had. Not kidding, and I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life,probably too much! I used to work for a local pizza joint in Flagstaff, Alpine Pizza, as a cook and as a delivery driver. It'simportant to remember that the people who make and deliver your pizzas are human beings and nobody is perfect, so I implore youto be kind to them if you have a negative experience. They want you to enjoy your pizza, and they want to be treated withkindness. Right now, in this crazy pandemic world we need to be kinder and gentler to each other more than ever. Pay it forward.Last night I was shocked to see that there was no delivery in my entire area of the Valley and I worried that Domino's wasshutting down or something, but they, like many other food companies, are having a very hard time getting and keeping employeesdue to people being out sick, low wages, and other reasons. If you need a job, they are hiring like crazy! The young man, JakobI believe his name was, who delivered my order tonight, was very personable, kind and a pleasure to talk to and I appreciatethat very much. I hope Domino's can find more good people like him! He's definitely a keeper. And no, I do not know him nor do Iwork for or have any affiliation with the company. I simply love their pizza since they re-tooled their recipes some years agoand I've always had a pleasant experience with my ordering and interactions. I am happy to know that the crazy owner has movedon. He was bad for business, I am sure. My pizzas tonight are fresh and delicious and my tummy is very, very happy. I had a really bad experience about two years ago (never received my delivery and when I contacted the store it was teenagers... putting me on indefinite hold and hanging up on me). I took a break from the company as the manager didnt really seem to carewhen I called back asking for my refund the next day. Ordered something a few months ago and everything was perfect so I decidedto give them another try. Tonight I ordered 3 items. They sent cinnamon bread sticks instead of parmesan, and a marbled cookiethat is burnt. So I spent 25 bucks for some pieces of chicken. I have never done a review before but seriously, what happenedto customer service. I tend to tip very well being in customer service myself so I expect good service, too bad we are requiredto choose a tip prior to said service. I really hope tonight was just an off night, everyone has them but as a customer I amdisappointed as I was looking forward to a quick meal after a stressful week. Read more
